The day I ordered it. The item was well package and everything was there. This was only place that had stock of tent I was looking for and at a great price.

I found an excellent deal on a fantastic tent that was out of stock everywhere else in South Africa. The delivery too a while to arrive from KZN to Cape Town. Ordered on a Wednesday amd it arrived on the following Thursday. Otherwise everything else about my purchase experience was excellent.

Prices were the best we've seen. Ordering was quick and easy, loved the fact that there were so many ways to pay. We were told it would take 3-5 business days to receive, we had it within 1.5 days. Ordered Sunday night, received Tuesday morning.

Fastway were a bit delayed in shipping my order, but good communication from seller. The discounted price was well worth the wait.

Wrong colour delivered. Website shows different colours and I ordered grey but pink arrived.

The goods that I purchased were delivered earlier than expected. The process was easier for me as I am a pensioner. The price was cheaper and I am happy about the kettle that I bought.

They had, by far, the best price for the product I was looking for and at first, I was skeptical, but the modern and sleek site design, the seamless checkout and payment experience, and some of the reviews here put me at ease.

Delivery was under-promised and over-delivered because I got my purchase many days before they had predicted.

The only thing I would say that I wished for was a little more tracking from their end. After the order was made, I received a confirmation email but no way to track how the progress was moving along until they had sent the package to the courier a day and a half later. As a first time buyer, that gap made me a little nervous.

Other than that, it was a quick, competitively priced, pleasant experience all through. Package arrived in perfect condition, couldn't be happier. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.
