SCAM DO NOT USE!

paid £20 for a radio code using VIN. Took money and said please wait. No email taken or contact details. No code came through. Tried to call all the numbers on website. One goes to voicemail the other is disconnected.

Paid the money. No code. No phone calls answered. No phone messages replied to. No emails answered. Request for refund ignored. Make of it what you will.

It is THEFT. I ordered 2 weeks ago and payed. No confirmation of order, only prove of payment. My mail to recall was not answered. I called a couple of times : automatic response telling unavailability. I spoke in voice mails. No response at all. ...
The high rating score on top of the webpage is fake.
I can only hope that they will contact me and that I could review this post.

no code, no contact, took 4 days for my refund with no reason or excuse for not supplying code. does not answer phone.

They even don't ask for your email address or any other contact information. How can you trust them?

Paid my money to recover a EKA code, but a day later still not got the code. The 01379 ,,,,, number does not work, and I have left numerous unreturned voice messages on the 0208 243 ,,,,,, number. Also no reply to emails sent.
Given mixed responses on reviews posted, I would advise extreme caution using this supplier.

Sorted in about half hour. Needed some more info, I'd misses off a bit of the code. I emailed them immediately. They came straight back. Radio is on....I think that's the main takeaway here. Can't fault them

Might take few minutes to process your data - just be patient.
Got my code for Seat Bosch radio for £9.95 within 1 hour, when competitors quoted from £25 and up and many hours of waiting. Maybe those competitors use this service? ;)

need so just forget it,no reply,then an email saying hears your car pass,WRONG radio code,WRONG ecu code,and probably wrong key code as well,I told them yesterday to forget it,THEY HAD PLENTY

took my money and sent the useless numbers to me,now they won't discuss returning the money they have now STOLEN,YOU CAN'T PHONE them ether,wonder why,DON'T USE THEM,CHEAPER GOING TO THE DEALER AND PAY ONCE,NOW I HAVE TO GO TO VX AND GET THE RIGHT CODES,THEN THE BANK TO CLAIM IT BACK ON MY CARD,

Ordered a code and payed but they never send me the codes

I was very sceptical that this would work but was desperate as couldn't find a code anywhere else. Decided it was worth risking £9.95 especially considering you can pay via PayPal.

I am no longer a sceptic, code came up instantly and worked! Highly recommended! Can't comment on their customer service because I never had to use it.

A bonus is you put in your serial number and they tell you if they have your code before you even pay anything.
