Product is great and works well. Delivery charge split into 2 parts across the invoice caused me some confusion and seems a little excessive. Unfortunately I didn't check closely enough when placing the order.

Poor delivery
For an order placed on June 17, 2026, for a HALO-4 antenna, I paid £14.95, only to be asked for an additional £8.23 because the cheapest shipping option cost more than what I had originally paid. Anyway, I agreed and paid the difference, yet to this day—July 13, 2026—the package still hasn't arrived. Even shipments from China arrive within 10 days. I am completely disappointed with my experience with Radioworld UK.

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience.
Unfortunately, after your order was placed we discovered that the shipping cost calculated by our website for your destination was incorrect. Rather than cancelling your order outright, we contacted you immediately, explained the situation and gave you the choice of either paying the additional £8.23 or receiving a full refund. You chose to proceed and kindly paid the difference.
Your order was then dispatched on 24th June.
Since dispatch, the parcel has been in the hands of the international postal network and is currently outside of Radioworld's control. While we appreciate this delay is frustrating, it is unfortunately not something we can influence once the shipment has left the UK.
If your parcel has still not arrived, please contact us directly and we'll be more than happy to investigate the shipment with Landmark Global on your behalf.

You did alright
You did alright, no better or worse than you have ever been. In 20 + years I have visited or phoned about a dozen or so times and bought most of my new kit from you guys. 817(S/H), 857, 897, TS 2000, FT3 and a few odds and sods I no longer remember. Visit today was to get a replacement screen for the 897. Both staff were pleasant and sociable.
