Radisson Blu

Radisson Blu, Lyon
First l would normally wait till after a stay but?, seeing this a repeat stay for us, not sure there will be again...we recieved an email from the team offering us to choose a room of our preffered view, features and size, we were not offered that, when we asked we were told this is what we have. And any upgrade would be a cost, the email.does not state this?.
When we entered the room the carpet was wet and the air conditioning was leaking on my head, very disturbing after a 6 hour drive.
We were then given a room with twin beds when we specifically asked for a queen.. so down we go again after a 6 hour drive..
The email also says or upgrade... does not say that there will be a 25 euro charge, very misleading email.
We are here till the 31st, and to tired to look elsewhere..
So even though it is convenient for the train station will definitely look at other options next time.
Also will not be eat at the hotel, not even an apology for the leaking air conditioner??.
Very disappointing.
DAY 2..woke up at 7am to the sound of l thought a vacuum cleaner outside our room??, but it was some air vent, NOT the air conditioner, this came on about ever 5 minutes did not appear to do anything?.
On to a new room?.

My Prada Suit Disappeared – Police Report Filed

**My Prada Suit Disappeared – Police Report Filed**

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

During my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Hamburg, two of my suits disappeared, including a Prada suit. They were never returned.

As a result, I had no choice but to file an official police report with the Hamburg Police (Case No. 0380432/2026).

What disappoints me most is not only the disappearance of my belongings, but also the way this extremely serious incident was handled. A hotel of this category should provide security, accountability, and meaningful assistance when a guest reports such a loss. That was not my experience.

Losing valuable personal belongings in a five-star hotel is unacceptable. The fact that I had to involve the police speaks for itself.

I will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly advise anyone traveling with valuable personal belongings to think carefully before booking here.

We are extremely disappointed

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at the Radisson Blu in Larnaca and feel others should be aware.

We visited for a pool day and ordered lunch, including a margarita pizza. When we had arrived home, (not eating anything else after), both my partner and I became extremely ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. The illness completely ruined the remainder of our holiday. I spent the next four days being sick, unable to leave my house or even get out of bed, and missed activities that had already been paid for, including a booked time away at a villa because I couldn’t drive or leave the house.

What disappointed us even more than the illness itself was the way the situation was handled by the duty manager, Pedro. A family member contacted him to explain how unwell we both were, and he assured us he would stay in touch because he was “worried” about our wellbeing. However, when I called him a few days later, his attitude had completely changed. Instead of showing any concern or empathy, he told me, “No one else got sick,” which came across as an implication that we were being dishonest about what had happened. After everything we had gone through, this response was upsetting and completely lacking in professionalism.

The way we were treated after reporting what happened was unacceptable. A five-star hotel should take reports of suspected food-related illness seriously, investigate them thoroughly, and treat guests with compassion rather than making them feel dismissed.

Sadly, what should have been an enjoyable day ended up ruining the rest of our holiday. Based on our experience and the way our concerns were handled, we would not return or recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Raddison blu in Mauritius

I stayed at Raddison blu in Mauritius, a strayed dog was walking around the restaurant. The hotel staff were stroking the stray dog & then touching the plates & cutlery. There was no soap in the ladies either. The hotel staff’s priority was the stray dog rather than guest. If you care about hygiene please avoid at all cost!

There should be an option for minus stars I would give it minus 100!

Radisson Blu Schipol Airport

zoi.griva I suggest you reply to my emails! Re Radisson Blu Amsterdam Airport.

Had to request additional pillows multiple times.
Wrong info given about nearest pharmacy, when paracetamol was sold in the hotel shop !
TV kept glitching.
Shower temperature kept going from hot/cold.
Not given breakfast timings, was told early breakfast was available, got there at 6.10am to be told to come back in 20mins, we missed it as we had to get shuttle bus at 6.30am (breakfast was included in our booking).
Evening room service food was cold, reception said on checkout they'd refund it, only 6 euros has been refunded !
Overall not a great experience. Staff not interested.

Radisson blu Bremen.

Radisson blu Bremen.
We booked a premium room and it was a really good size, super comfortable and big tv. The breakfast is the best I have had in any hotel so far. I literally had Champagne and high quality salmon every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Also the location could not get any better.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel…

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel near the railway station in Munich, which is in a perfect location to access the train to the airport.
The room was clean and tidy with every convenience workingperfectly.
The staff were keen to please and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Two staff in the lounge area deserve a special mention, Konstantinos and Emmanuela were absolutely delightful, they were lovely polite and helpful and made us feel special. They are a credit to the Radisson Blu!
Thankyou from Australia

Radisson Blu unethical behavior

We had booked the Radisson Blu Scandinavian hotel in Oslo. Due to the strike, they “relocated” our booking to another radisson hotel 48 hrs before. They did not honor the previous price, but rather charged us $150 per night more, for an inferior room, within the same hotel chain. They are clearly benefitting from the strike at the expense of the customers. The Radisson Blu corporate site talks about business ethics-I fail to see any ethics here.

We stayed for two days on a business…

We stayed for two days on a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff was truly wonderful—polite and very attentive to details.
We accidentally left some personal belongings behind, but everything was found, and the team even helped us arrange courier delivery to Europe, which we really appreciated.
Special thanks to Eduard, Salavat, and Samira for their outstanding service!

TERRIBLE-LIVERPOOL HOTEL

LIVERPOOL HOTEL

No air-con as system was broken, not mentioned at checkin

Agreed refund by Ian mckee guest relations manager but amount was incorrect and asked for a breakdown but has chosen not to reply as i can only assume his role applies while your staying guest, no point it was outlined the refund was based on the first two nights of the three night stay . Sent two emails with no reply from him since Wednesday which he doesn't have the courtesy to reply.. great service while we stayed although rooms was 27degree but after care has been terrible. Escalated to head office customer care to pick up this a the guest relations manager has avoided our last two emails.** Broken ice machines on all floors**

A room move was declined on the third night as three previous room moves had been done before we had been allocated a room, as a guest we had enough decided moving for the 4th time was to stressful. The room temperature was more acceptable the third night as we have 3 plug in fans to compensate for the heat in the room. Upon checkin we booked double and given a room twin room which had to be switched rooma, upon check in on the first day we sat in reception until 7pm waiting for another room. For the 3 nights a total cost of approx £650 was paid and a refund on approx £111 was refunded for 3 bad nights sleep

ian mckeee-guest relations manager is non existent and not suitable for the role

Don't message this member of staff for guest related issues as this member of staff doesn't reply for any aftercare

Post-stay charge applied without evidence or clear justification

We stayed at Radisson Blu Malo-les-Bains on 3 April 2026.

After checkout, we were charged for an alleged missing pillow. We have consistently disputed this claim, and no evidence has been provided to demonstrate that any item was taken by us or any member of our party.

We fully engaged with the hotel at the time, including follow-up calls and written communication, and the matter was escalated through customer care and legal channels within the Radisson group.

Despite this, the charge has been upheld based on internal inspection procedures and pre-authorisation, rather than any verified or independently substantiated evidence of liability.

We also raised concerns regarding how responsibility was attributed within a group booking and the lack of clear explanation regarding the allocation of the charge.

The experience has left us disappointed, particularly given the distress caused to members of our party, including an elderly family member, during what should have been a straightforward checkout process.

We are now pursuing external review of this matter.

We would encourage the hotel and brand to review how post-stay charges are evidenced and communicated to guests to ensure fairness and transparency.

No sleep

Old Hall Street, Liverpool
Was put in a room on the 9th floor where it seemed we were under a power source with a humming constantly in the background.
If that wasn’t bad enough the water tank in the bathroom was constantly running but we could close the door on this.
