I contacted customer services to find out how much credit I had remaining, as this information is not visible in the app. On previous occasions, customer support had been very helpful and provided these details without any issues.
Unfortunately, when I spoke with Andrea, the experience was very disappointing. She was argumentative, repeatedly spoke over me, and refused to help with my request. Her attitude throughout the call was unprofessional and unpleasant, which ultimately led me to end the call.
I called back shortly afterwards and was connected to another member of the customer service team, who assisted me straight away and provided the information I needed without any problems.
The contrast between the two experiences was significant. While I appreciate the help from the second representative, my interaction with Andrea fell well below the standard of customer service I would expect.
Luke provided very helpful and patient customer service with me, while assisting me with their dashcam equipment and installation! A subject new to me

Its just so handy as you can use it almost everywhere no need to have money with you,it is a week or so later when it's taken from your account and you are notified before hand telling how much it is.

Was supposed to get discounted prices on fuel but pay the same as at pump I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
