Support with Dashcam

I called to ask about changing the details on our dashcam and was told that this had already been done. The customer service agent, Lisa gave me step by step instructions on how we could change this ourselves in the future. Lisa was extremely helpful and polite.
She aslo enquired about our fleet insurance to see if she could save us any money.
Exceptional Customer Service! Above and beyond *****

Tracker device for Van

Avoid Radius at all costs.

I was mis-sold a mobile phone contract and when I complained, the person who sold it to me simply said it was no longer his problem because he had been promoted. That tells you everything you need to know about this company.

No accountability, terrible customer service, and zero interest in fixing problems they create. Once they have your signature, they do not care.

Disgraceful experience from start to finish.
