You can easily find better and cheaper if you look around
The screws themselves are of good quality and could not fault them.
The support staff I could not say the same. From the beginning the office staff carry themselves in a lofty position and we very slow to react. Having been recommended Radix by someone we were working with at the time it took numerous emails and follow up emails to even get them to supply.
Things fractionally improved when they introduced an account manager who personally was very nice, but was constrained by senior managements inflexibility and service was overall not what i would describe as professional. In markets that are competitive and essionally fairly basic solutions imported from china i woud suggest looking else where . At no time did i feel the tens of thousands of pounds i gave them made us valued custpmers and there were time consuming incident n about 50% of our orders. WHen we asked for support on a expensive piece of machinery what we needed a replacement part it took month for any sort of action or even price. In the end the MD totally ignored a commitment to replace ( at cost to us ) and business relationships were severed.
Look around you can easily do better!
