Avoid!
This is some kid of scam, product send even when asked to cancel minutes after ordering, 3 weeks since it was sent back to seller and yet still no refund.

I made an order on 7th November. Still haven't arrived. The tracking page is showing... actually I dont know what it is trying to say? It looks like one shoe is in Germany and the other in London?
Once they finally arrive, I may change this star rating depending how good the shoes are, and whether both shoes arrive together or not.

Asked for size 10.5 got size 11! And waiting a lot longer than anticipated. Nowhere near to estimated delivery date!

You would have a few more stars if I had actually received my shoes but the status is still showing as shipped on the 16th November

Very disappointed. After 3 months they are falling apart. Not what I expected at all.

Took ages to arrive. When they did arrive just wrapped in a plastic bag, no return details or any literature with them whatsoever

shoes took awhile to come doesnt state it comes from China. Shoes arrived great condition size was too small so order if your 11 order 12 etc. They were quick to respond offered me a full refund or exchange. Took days for refund. Great customer service

Has a company ever disputed your review? Radix shoes tried to claim that I hadn’t made a transaction with them. TWICE!
This website was one of the first few to pop-up when I was searching for safety trainers on google; so someone has spent a lot in money on advertising. I also checked reviews on trustpilot, none of which referred to the sub-standard quality of the trainers.
Given that it is the Covid-19 era, I accepted the time it took to have the trainers delivered. When I received the trainers, a few things went through my mind.
Pro:
1) Tremendously beautiful work trainers.
2) The shoes fitted perfectly (thanks to my common sense, no thanks to there size chart).

Con:
1) I’m usually a uk 9, according to their size chart I’m a size 11&1/2, good thing I ordered a 10, I would have looked like a clown.
2) These trainers were on sales when I paid £49.99 for them and they broke in 4 days. I wore them to work (work is 3 to 6 hours/day). Not long days, nor vigorous. However, after 4 days of just kneeling to screw sockets onto pattresses, measuring under kitchen units and fixing cable enclosures, the front of the shoes got scuffed and ripped. The rest of the trainers still look new. I’ve got pictures which I sent them.
3) Subpar/non-existence customer service. By chance they sent me a promotional email, with which I contacted them with my issues with their trainers, after they had failed to respond to the messages I sent them via their website.
4) I believe they are aware of the sub standard quality of the trainers. The Policy I was quoted - copied and pasted: We discussed it with sales manager. Unfortunately, we cannot proses the refund in case the shoes used and damaged.
(IT IS DAMAGED), after 4 days. That’s my issue.

After all the ranting I urge you DO NOT buy these trainers, unless you are not planning on getting on your knees or wearing them to work. To be on the safe side, don’t wear them at all.
Btw, they’ve got other companies/domains, so WATCH OUT.

11 September before 10 am I put a order for a pair of safety trainers, which I need it desperately for somebody very dear to me.
20 days later still no parcel and probably will pass another 10 in till the item will arrive.
The problem is not the time I have to wait, is that I was forced to wait because was no communication that the stock is 0 and my shoes are in China .
I need my money back and never ever I will not have business with this company again ,not even if you are the only people how are selling shoes , I will walk barefoot .

Simple, good quality happy with the product, stylish beutiful over in general looks diferent. Cons get ready to wait 14 days+ if they dont have in local varehouse :)
