Well let me start by saying when you enter these things you never expect to win and are sceptical as well but what can I say, I entered was kept informed from the email that my entry was excepted was very clear with intructions well everything was clear and easy to understand, there 100% trustworthy and I won't hesitate to enter more soon , and yes I won a food shop which is brilliant especially this time of year massive help , so all can say is give it a go the odds are great and these are great massive thanks to all involved

I am sure they just take your money after entering noticed that there was a minimum amount of entries required this was way below and there was no live draw I just got an email to say I lost not too sure about that one 🤔

Sorry to hear you say that. We most certainly do not just take your money. If you go to the winner page and past lotteries you can see who won whichever raffle you took part in. If we were just taking people's money we wouldn't be inviting reviews would we. As per our terms and conditions and "how it works" page, we only do live draws on large raffles, such as cars and larger money prizes etc. You can also view lottery history and see what user account purchased tickets and see their corresponding name on the winners page. Also lotteries with a value of £100 or under don't have a minimum ticket sales, such as the charity raffle currently running. If you'd like to look into the above and see what I mean I'm sure it would put your mind at ease. After doing so, if you still want to leave this 1 star review we understand. But if you could change it to reflect the above we would appreciate it. It really does effect our business and we are just starting out.
