Lies about location of house
The current house is advertised as a Cheshire dream home but the house is actually in Staffordshire (and firmly so). Cheshire is not that far away (Shropshire is actually closer) but why lie about this?
If they mislead you about this then what else will they mislead you about? Please reconsider your decision to give any money to this company.
Edit: under no circumstances would I expect you to reveal the exact location of the house (although anyone local would know). However the county is still wrong in your campaign material, also quoted by the charities you supposedly work with, so I still consider your campaign deeply misleading.
It says Dream Cheshire Home everywhere, not dream house near Chester. And for info, depending on what you classify as “near” Chester is 40 miles away - Market Drayton, Stoke and even Shrewsbury are all closer. Why not say dream Staffordshire or Shropshire home? You might as well say the house is near Birmingham or Manchester as you could probably get there just as quickly. The advertising is still based on a lie.
