I sent a message to customer service as I could no longer see my entries on my account. Kathie replied in no time giving me prompts which didn't work. Brilliant customer service, and very prompt replies via email after an issue with my first subscription payment that didn't go through initially. Fast and pleasant
I found it confusing with so many tickets and various prices etc and discovered that I had subscribed 3 times for 3 lots of tickets which I obviously could not afford. However, once I contacted Raffle House Customer Support they had it sorted within a day. Very pleasant and helpful and hopefully I may win something with my one subscription!

Why do house winners never keep the house and always keep the money? I've been playing with you for over a year and I've never won anything, there was a month when I had more than 5,000 tickets, and I never won anything, in the last few months I put it in my partner's name, he was British with a very English name, maybe I'm lucky, but I never won anything.

My one raffle has become an extra one, that's not wanted!
I did a single raffle towards the end of 2025 and didn't want any more at the time.
