I needed help, but didn't know how to reach out. I went on line and easily found the information. There was a chat 24/7 as much as allowed by law 🙂. So I clicked and whatsapped them. It was late evening in uk. Not expecting an
answer so soon. (Between Christmas and New Year is always a bad time for customer service in my experience). They answed, and resolved, my help by next morning. No fuss. Hugely impressed. Thank you

Would be lovely to win one of these houses and they all look wonderful . My only issue is as a pensioner to get the discount they take you thro all these stages and once you get the code there's no way to go back and insert said code , you just go around in circles ,as they take you to too many links, maybe verify ages when you subscribe to make it work or easier . Customer Service was exceptional! I raised a query on Boxing Day not expecting and response until the day after but I was contacted virtually immediately and my query was quickly resolved. I tend to judge companies by their customer service which is why I have given a 5* rating.

To clarify, all tickets purchased for the £2.9m Cornwall Dream Home between now and midnight on 31st December will automatically be matched into the new £3m Buckinghamshire Dream Home draw at no extra cost. There are two separate house draws, each with its own winner, and if you’re lucky, you could be declared the winner in both draws.
