Very bad experience
Unfortunately, I have an extremely bad experience with the Ragchop online store. The shipping costs are incredibly high, but I decided to pay them even though the product itself is cheaper than the shipping costs. After completing the online transaction, they informed me that they could not deliver the shoulder pads to me because I am from Croatia and that I had to pay an additional ten on top of the already paid £15 delivery costs. I said that I agree to it and that they send me a link for payment. After that ten days of silence. I sent an email again and asked what happened to my shipment. After that they called and told me to let them know if I agree to an additional ten pounds of shipping costs. I answered AGAIN that I agree. After two days they sent me a payment link where they charged me £25 for the transaction, not £10. Okay, I agreed to that too. But then a message appears that the transaction failed. I guess they expect me to choose the £40 shipping option in addition to the £15 already paid!!!!!! I asked for a refund of the money I paid. Sorry, no shoulder pads are worth that much. The horror of the store!

The payment link was for £10 but the system automatically added a shipping cost. I emailed you to explain that this would happen and we would refund the excess.
I also emailed you the screen shot of the shipping costs.
We are not a big company. We are just 2 people here. Since Brexit, every order that leaves the UK needs a custom's invoice. The paperwork for 1 pair of shoulder pads is as time consuming as 100 pairs. Also as you selected shipping to Northern Ireland at checkout, we had to generate the payment link, especially for you. This also takes time to organise.
I'm sorry that on this occasion we could not deliver you the service and shipping costs that you want. I can recommend Amazon.com for your future orders.

We are sorry to receive this review. Your friend in the Uk enquired about lead times and we quoted a UK lead time. We did not know that you were placing an order from Germany as this was not mentioned. You paid £15 for shipping yet we expedited it and sent it DHL. You thought you placed the order in early July but you did not place it until the end of July. Your parcel remains in customs in Germany because you have not responded and paid the duties. All in all you have been a very difficult customer and I hope that you find somewhere else to shop in future.
