I’m disappointed: wrong size and a pretty bad experience...

I checked the sizes for the shirt and it’s way smaller then it said it would be. I did measure before I ordered it and it is not an extra large. Then I looked at yo exchange and refund policy and it’s terrible. I have to pay you for an incorrect product? I had to wait a
month for this shirt just for it to be the wrong size. I really just want this shirt and I understand it’s expensive because art matters. But I can’t just keep throwing 50 dollars around. The customer service was amazing and I appreciate all the kind voices. Everyone was super nice and responded quickly. But the site is disorganized and the refund and exchange policy is terrible.

Really impressed with the quality of all the all-over printed items I ordered, ZipUp Hoodie, Sweatshirt and Neck Garters, but especially the ZipUp Hoodie, because of how the design wraps into the inside, and the Sizing.

Received my sons shirt on time. I ordered it for Christmas and had it well ahead of time... To be honest i didn't care to much for the gold bar shirt but what do I know!..LOL.. he Loves it! I ordered a large .He's 5'10" about 160 but he's long waisted so a large usually fits well. It fits as sized. He's got a decent length about to hip level ..Thanks Guys it was one of the things that did fit this year.

I first ordered in March

I first ordered in March. By July, I had no product or refund. When I tried to contact them, they only have email. I sent a couple asking where my product was, and received an email in July, stating they could not fulfill my order. I was offered a refund only as a gift card. Because of the plandemic, I figured I’d give them another shot. I accepted, but was annoyed I wasn’t offered a full refund. So I ordered a Tshirt again in December to give them another chance and to see the quality of the product and to use my gift card. When I put the gift card code into it’s allowed space, I get an error stating it won’t work with sale items. Every single item on the App Store is on sale. When I contacted Kris via email to fix this, she was very confused, as if she does not understand my request. She sends emails back asking to confirm the questions that I’ve asked her. And always 24 hours later. When told to then refund my entire amount, she says she is unable. Meanwhile, a customer orders a shirt. She charges her 2 times for one shirt. Again I email kris to fix the error and again, I get emails back asking to confirm what my request is. I confirm I want a refund and she again questions my confirmation. So I tell her I want a full refund of $80.81 Again she sends an email to confirm. I confirm. Not only is my Tshirt not here, but my money is not refunded.
The 7.00 I would have made on the Tshirt, is taken out of my account immediately. Example; if I purchase a tshirt which is $19.99 my total is $26.94. $7.00 of the $26.94 goes to the designer (Me). She immediately took the $7.00 away, but my $26.94 on my credit card is not refunded. This is a scam.

For the gift card issue, gift card codes should work even if the item is on sale/ discounted. You can try this on a computer as there may be some difficulty with the app.

For the commission issue, if an item that you designed is returned, the commission will also disappear as RageOn will receive the returned item, which means no sale on your end. Please email us the order number for the one having commission issue with your store name and email address used in your store.

Good quality and price. Love the concept.

Took longer than I expected, but considering they are printed to order not bad. At first glance not as high definition as I was expecting, but at a few feet they look good. The fabric and stitching seem to be of good quality. Overall a good purchase.
