I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this casino. Despite following all the rules and providing all required documents, my withdrawal has been unnecessarily delayed, and the casino refuses to release my winnings. Customer support has been unhelpful and evasive, offering no real solution. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to withhold money from players. I cannot recommend this casino to anyone looking for a fair and trustworthy gaming experience.
