It was my first trip to Europe, and everything was great , our tour guide Ms Fariba, was amazing, she did a wonderful and professional job, I am so impressed and certainly I would go on more trips with this tour in future because of fantastic experience I had . My mom and uncle were scheduled a tour recently. We made a mistake and provided the wrong pickup address. The agent waited until we learned the mistake and list an hour of effort, yet the agent was so nice that they still accommodated and detoured to pick up my mom and uncle. In all this, it shows their dedication to their clients and how courteous they were by extending their services. Most companies would have taken the money and not refunded and it would have been our loss and mistake both. I am very happy we chose Rah Tours. Most importantly, mom and uncle loved the experience.

I happened to take a tour of the Desert Safari in Dubai through Rah Tours on 1st November 2021 (via Klook).

While we enjoyed the beautiful sceneries - things went a bit too negative for us due to our assigned guide Zaheer Mirza. Car no: 87624.

I’m mentioning a couple of events that put our mood off from the safari. And I’m trying to figure why did the guide behave with us like that

Just before going for sand bashing, my Co-passenger asked him “where are we going from here”, to which he mockingly and disrespectfully replied , “main gaadi chalaunga aage” While we complete understood that.. We were hoping for a bit more professional answer as to what will happen next as we were a bit unaware of the itinerary. Anyway, we let that go.. Post that he just asked to put our seat belt and drove into the dunes. And started laughing at us looking behind..

It was only later when the other passengers asked him “please hamein itinerary bataaein” .. He explained the itinerary in detail. All this was explained very easily and respectfully to the family who were with us (who I think were Pakistanis from the UK)

Later, when I was calling him on the phone to know as to what time will we leave from the quad biking area, he came driving right behind me in full speed and stopped the car right close to near my leg. Again, started mocking at me and my Co-passenger.

However, ramming a fast car and stopping it really close to me or back answering sarcastically when we simply asked him a question.. I don’t know what was the need to do that..

It felt like as if this is kind of discrimination is very common in Rah Tours.
Just before going to the desert seating area, we were instructed by another guide from Rah Tours - who was warm, hospitable and guided as well. We are really thankful to him and truly appreciate his warm professional behaviour.

I’d truly like to believe that Rah Tours is an amazing tour agency and does not believe in discriminating passengers due to their nationalities.

Here’s hoping we only keep spreading laughter and memories with Rah Tours and no negativity

They canceled our trip the day of the trip. They just sent a message from an unknown number at 2 am. Two weeks later the refund is still not yet done, they reply very slowly, feels like a scam

Not serious company. Booked tour but nobody come to pick up us. I suggest every people to find others tour operators. This one is very bad

Really bad tour Company used by Viator. 9 stops on a tour and only covered 5 stop on Abu Dhabi. The guide completely denied any knowledge of any entry registration required to a hindu temple louvre and didn't take us to rhe marina mall for the lunch stop as promised. We hadn't eaten anything since 10am he picked us up (30 mins) late till 9pm in the evening. We had to remind him of the stops and to provide us water. We were starving all day. The places we stopped were not impressed and overrated. I requested a refund from viator who refused at first and I explained in detail with evidence then they have me 15% back as they thought leaving half the tour out and starving customers was adequate compensation. I demanded a full refund as I had to book another tour so we could experience the visits that were missed but Viator were completely unempathetic kept saying this company were unresponsive so they couldn't refund me because they wouldn't refund Viator. This tour Company is a scam and the tour guide was a disgrace. Ruined our family holiday and I wish I never booked with Viator. Be careful not to book anything with them.

On Sunday, September 15th, we purchased Safari service from RAH Tourism LLC. Although we made the payment by credit card on the same day, they do not send the invoice neither to my e-mail via the online system nor via physically, despite my repeated written and verbal communication. Is it normal that the invoice is not sent and the issue is prolonged in tourism services received in Dubai?

In addition, among the services provided by the company, the san boarding activity was not done without specifying anything.

our tour guide Imran came to pick us up 2 hours late… We missed to see numerous places we were supposed to visit as part of the tour .. It was poorly planned.. its as if the tour has bo plans to let us eat .. We could hardly hear him from the back of the car . He drives dangerously by tailgating other vehicles ahead of us.. he only gave us one hour to visit each site .. I will never use this tour guide again or this company.. This is the wirst tour we ever experienced.. You should not be in this business
