I moved one of my client websites to Raidboxes about six months ago, and I have honestly been very impressed ever since. I really like the overall handling of the platform and the way the boxes are structured — it feels clear, professional, and easy to manage.
I recently migrated another website to Raidboxes, which is now the second site I host there. This particular website was quite large, and I was not able to transfer it successfully with the usual methods on my own. The Raidboxes migration service handled it perfectly. The process was smooth, professional, and handled very well from start to finish.
From my experience so far, Raidboxes combines a very user-friendly setup with reliable support and excellent service. I can definitely recommend them.

1) Our support team responds within 5–10 minutes in our chat (available 8:00–22:00 daily, even on weekends and public holiday) via the blue bubble on our website or dashboard. Otherwise, you can send us an email to support@raidboxes.de – you always get a quick reply there.
2) For Security reasons there is a password protection on our demo boxes. As soon as you have activated the box with a contract, you can remove this password protection through our dashboard. You find this option right on the box overview: If you want to log in into the backend of your side, you will first have to enter the login details from the password protection, to get over to the login page.
3) We can adjust your plan ressources within our support or its easily possible to clone your webiste project into another plan.
If you have any other questions or some technical issues, you can always reach out to us directly through the chat on our homepage.

I have been a happy customer for many years and the service you get there is bar none. The prices may be a little bit higher when compared to other hosts, but the difference in value is still night and day! I recommend Raidboxes to all my clients and use it for all of my personal WP Projects.
Having been the main contact for a large agency and now for just myself, I am amazed that they can give everyone such a amazing level of support.

These guys are amazing, super fast TTFB and pricing is very affordable, people are very friendly and support quality is top! I just wish there was more functionality for my images, currently I use a separate tool cloudimage for the optimisation and it would be great to have those features available at Raidboxes directly as well. Apart from that, Raidboxes is probably the best WP hoster out there! Recommended!
This hosting company turned my fast-loading shop into a rocket on full speed.
I've reduced my big woocommerce frontpage pageload from 1,6s to 0,4s. Increadible.
Their support is excellent and what I love most about them is their honesty and insight:
With the help of their support I was able to delete 9 of my 22 plugins, because they offer so many things out of the box (fun fact: every site with them is called a 'box'). E.g. caching, redirects, login protection, security and more.
They usually take less than 10 minutes to respond to my enquiries and I had many.
