A great upgrade

A great upgrade on what is a quality product. These are even stronger than the original rod holders. The same ,well made product ,Just better if trolling larger baits for big fish . Fast delivery too.

Quite disappointedI invested almost £300 in equipment for my yacht, inspired by online reviews and seeking a reliable setup for various devices. After placing my order, I received a notification the next day that some items were unavailable and expected soon, so I waited another week. Another update informed me of further delays. Now, I've passed the second promised date with no additional communication. I've since discovered other sellers online offering the same products. It's frustrating to pay for items that aren't in stock and have no confirmed delivery date!

Not happy really

Not happy really
Spent nearly £300 on products for my yacht after seeing reviews online and looking for a consistent mount for different gear.
After I placed my order next day I got a call to say some parts were not in stock and due in. So I waited another week. Got another call to say more delays.
Have now got past the second date quoted with no further call.
Subsequently found there are other online outlets too but what I ordered!
Still haven’t received any of the kit I ordered. You should not be able to order and pay for what they do not have and do not have a date for!

Great product and great CS

So from ordering the items on a Friday they arrived Saturday and emailed Steph Monday of the issue and a replacement arrived Tuesday. I alway judge great service when things go wrong and how they recover. They were first class and the products were very good, great work Railblazer and Steph
