This company makes charges for things not authorized. The quality of their clothing is horrendous. I would give them 0 stars if possible. DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered from them. A month later no merchandise. They did keep sending me tracking updates but they made no sense at all. I would never order from them again. Should have researched first. Found the same product at Amazon and it arrived two days later.

I ordered a sweatshirt in February of 2024. It is now April 2024. I still have not received my order!! There is no way to speak to anyone and when I try by email, I get the same bogus answere... "your order is in transit". Starting to think I will not even receive my purchase!! Wondering if this company is a fraud!!! If they do exist, I do not recommend ordering anything from them!! They have my money, but I have no merchandise!! Poor customer service!!

I ordered a necklace march 27th its april 7th and tracking shows that it sits at 1 place for days a week next place it sits there and never moves
I really doubt that I will recieve this $6.00 necklace that cost me $18.00
I am so glad that i didnt spend more, Lesson learned

I’m so grateful that I had no problem as others did. Coming from the UK does take some time. After looking at the item I wanted for 3 months and still loving it each time I saw it I finally gave it a try. My item arrived as anticipated, everything was as should be, it is comfortable and cozy, and I have gotten many compliments when wearing in public. So, yes, I will recommend to others. I might give it one more try just to see if I have the same experience.

THIS IS A SCAM STORE. Clothing did eventually arrived but either damaged or terrible cheap quality. Attempting to return but getting no response! DO NOT buy from this store!

I disliked the $7.75 sales tax charged on a $21.99 shirt. That is more than 35% sales tax

Just received my order today that I placed a month ago. Only one item came in the size I ordered 8 pieces of clothing and poor quality. Also, no packaging slip for returns, no customer service number to call to try and get the ordered corrected. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE.

Totally agree with every 1 star review on this site. The person below that mentioned they are a scam company hiding behind religion is completely accurate. I wish this review site allowed for photos, as you would clearly see the false advertising. And their refusal to make it right is unacceptable. The order did take about a month to reach me and in addition to my issue below, the sizes were not as advertised. Both shirts I ordered were listed as distressed fabric, slightly faded colors, with heavy stitching on all the seams. The shirts I received were cheap, brightly colored sweatshirt fabric, no distressed features and the colors were bright blue and green from a crayon box. Customer service denied my return saying “the shipping dept confirmed the correct items were sent” despite having the side by side photo proof right before their eyes.
I STRONGLY URGE anyone checking here before placing an order to completely skip ordering from this company.

They do not even deserve a 1 star! It took over 2 months to receive my order and that was only AFTER I continued to contact them over and over (which you only get an email to address them and then they send you elsewhere). Then once the products arrive they were no where near correct. Sizes all wrong and the twisted rope cross necklace I order came as a cubic zirconia diamond necklace with a chain for a child! When I emailed them the confirmation picture of the product I actually ordered verses what I received they still claim that it is correct. Then offered to give me $3 to compensate me. As if! RECOMMEND NO-ONE ORDER FROM THEM!! Not only very poor products and materials used but you do not receive what you order and their customer service argues back even when you have PICTURE PROOF!

Exceptionally Affordable, Comfortable. I love this sweatshirt. The fabric is incredibly soft and warm, ideal for chilly days. The design truly stands out.

Ordered 1/30/24 have not received 3/3/24. Company responds that it’s in transit. Want my money back but I will never order again from a company on Facebook! Shame on me!!!! More than likely will never see the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!! I ordered two shirts and got one. I got the same crap from them that everyone else has. They insist it was delivered. I don’t understand why they weren’t in one package. They want me to check with neighbors, etc. This is a rotten business.

This company promise my items I order would be here before Christmas. It is now January 16th, and only one item show up, out of four. The total price at checkout was different than the price they charge me. I have asked for them to refund me, but I kept getting same reply, " it's on the way". Avoid this company. Bad business and no communication.

my package is in Carson City Ca. USA since 11/24 saying wrong address. I have sent info to several emails addresses with no answer or one saying you support was no longer in service. How do I get my package.

The shirt they sent me was nothing like the one in the picture. Different texture, different stitching, it didn't hang like the one in the picture and so was obviously different material than the picture. This is totally false advertising. When I asked to return it they said no! They didn't care about my opinion on it or that I didn't like it. I asked for the return less than 2 weeks of receiving it. ALSO my daughter and I both wrote reviews and they took them down. This is a scam site and they are using religion to do it.

I’ve tried to get them to cancel my order from fb but can’t get anyone to apply to my cancellation of the order…it has not shipped but NO ONE WILL ANSWER WHEN I ASK FOR A CANCELLATION!! NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM FB COMPANIES AGAIN!! MONDAY I WILL STOP PAYMENT ON THE ITEM!!!
