Wished I could give zero stars. Returned from a very long flight from Thailand in early March 2025, kids were shattered, and all just wanted to get our cases in the car and head home. We sat in arrivals on the floor for over 2 hours, it was freezing cold and we were waiting for our car I kept calling the company and an Indian man answered and told me to stop calling, told him I was calling the police. He was threatening me as he didn’t like me calling. As we had a Tesla we were able to locate the car- it was parked 2 miles away on a normal street and it had been there the whole time - not in a secure car park, it also had scratches on the bonnet. The company are a SCAM! Avoid like the plague!!!

Totally incompetent. The worst parking experience we have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. They sent their drivers to the wrong Heathrow terminals for the collection of our car and for the return of it. We had to pay a lot more for short stay parking than we would have done if this company weren't so clueless. If we had paid a bit more for a decent parking company it would have cost less because of the short stay fees that Rainbow ran up. Avoid them at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We booked through 'Go Compare your Parking' and nievely trusted them. They offer a poor service, park your car off site - we had a tyre slashed.. which I found out only when I rang them for collection. I had to sort RAC call out and replace tyre at £200! before they could come and collect us... Use a well know company or book on site parking.. not worth the stress! SO DISAPPOINTED.

Children and have the office cancelling your calls then go for it! Pay a bit more for some sort of service. This company is DISGUSTING!!

Awful, also trade as lion parking, I have reviewed them separate as that’s who I had booked through. Wish I had seen the other reviews before booking. Terrible service and put a downer to the end of what had others been a fantastic break.

Our car was returned almost an hour after we rang with our collected luggage ready to go. The guy ignored my husband saying shall we check it over and more or less ran away. When we got home we found a receipt in the footwell for touch up paint purchased the day after our car had been collected day 2 of our holiday.
Our car is with our garage now awaiting a quote for paint and repairs to the botch job they did.
We only used this company as a friend found them on line with a 5 star review (? Questionable now!)
Warning to others - do NOT use !!

Took an hour and 1/4 to bring car back and they had damaged a alloy wheel and the trye on my car. Now totally ignoring all my emails. Do not use this company, they are cheap but totally unprofessional. Steer clear..
I will be contacting the Police to file a case for criminal damage.

Having read other entries I am not sure this is a legit company. They answer the drivers mobile but the other number on the website does not work, nor do the email addresses.
I am trying to cancel our parking and am seeking a refund. Absolutely no response.

Where do I start. So this company needs to be taken down and fast.

They organise car theft.

I booked my Range Rover Evogue 2020 for 3 weeks in Jan 2023 and rang the company 30 mins before arrival that I was coming, got to the terminal and called 2 more times as I had been waiting for 15 mins and was told by the pickup driver that he was on his way.

After 20 mins someone intercepted and pretended to be from the company and took the car and the rest is history.

Rainbow never called to ask where the car was even after the pickup driver confirmed he was on his way and the fact he did not collect the car, there is no explanation on why, when he arrived at Terminal 5 he did not call back to ask where was the car. Because he was involved!!!

Rainbow denied all knowledge and stated to the police the car never arrived at their compound but yet their person answered the call during the pick up slot 3 times and when it was so called stolen at the airport by a stranger they never called to check. Bizarre that.

The car was found 2 weeks later by police in Manchester and written off.

£45K car destroyed because this company is part of a scam. So if you have an expensive car or any decent car. Avoid these guys.

It has taken 4 months to get money from insurance and car less and the inconvenience caused is unbelievable. Karma is a bi!ch.

Scam Company. I asked to cancel my book 1 week before. The Helpline Phone number doesn't exist. I need to call on meet phone number and the guy said on the phone he couldn't find my booking ask me to call again and never gimme any solution.

AVOID IT

absolute scam company. claimed they didnt have my car. refused refund. avoid avoid avoid at all costs.

On return from holiday they arrived an hour late. Lying, cheating scum had driven my car whilst I was away for at least 20 miles more than the authorised distance to their storage facility - and caused damage to the car.

DO NOT USE. THEY ARE CROOKS
