Ordered product on 15th November. Product sadly did not arrive, have tried to reach out to the company but no further tracking information arrived.
it was a Christmas present but now do not think it will arrive in time.

Order placed 11th, now it's 28th and still waiting for it to be delivered. Used live chat for advice on when it would arrive. No answer. Won't use again and recommend others are cautious (made and sent from Poland for reference).
Edit: although not received, was contacted and situation was remediated.

I ordered the socks as Christmas gift, so I couldn't verify the quality or how comfortable they are, but they look very nice. The shipment tracking was a bit unusual, but everything arrived in good condition.

Great experience overall. Selection, order process, and free shipping is excellent. Products received well packaged and good in condition. Non-binding socks are best on the market; I’ve tried many and will continue to purchase this type. A wider sock in other styles for people with large ankles/calves would be a great option. Foot size is one measure, width of foot, ankles, and calves should be considered as an added option for other sock types.

The socks were far too thin, and Rainbow wouldn't allow me to return them!

Rainbow Socks have the most comfortable non-restricting socks (for swollen ankles) that I've ever found. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that I wish there were more choices for colour packs.
That's hardly a deal-breaker;. I'll be ordering more soon!

I ordered 4 pairs of rainbow sports socks, somewhere along the line the wrong size was ordered, how ever after I emailed to say what happened I received the correct size very quickly. The socks are perfect, very good quality sports socks in very bright colours, exactly what I wanted.

Quick and professional.

I ordered a few pairs for my family last Christmas, and they were a hit! I got some sushi, salad, burger and jam jars and put them in a picnic basket without telling them what was inside and when they opened it they were so confused and delighted. Awesome surprise! Shipping time was a bit long but definitely worth the wait!!

The product itself is fine and exactly as described. I would have rated it higher, but am docking stars based on the website. The website is a bit of a disaster, not user friendly and very difficult to navigate. I wouldn't recommend using it.
