As with other reviews, I really wanted to love this and was excited to have cleaning bottles which would last. I bought the triple cleaning bottles and 2 hand soap bottles. 2 of the spray bottles stopped working, 1 within 2 sprays of it and the other after a month of using it. The hand soap bottles chipped.

They need to properly review what they are selling and test them out to make sure they will actually last. As now these are all wasted items which is what they are trying to resolve.

Very disappointed, will not buy again or recommend to anyone.

I really really wanted to love these but we've only had them a few months and all the coating is chipping off so the whole point of no waste is completely undermined as we're going to have to bin them as they look so scrappy. The foam is also too watery so no good if you need to properly scrub your hands. Wish I could just have my money back to be honest.

I like the idea of this product but I find it disappointing to use. The foam feels very watery and as it dissappears so quickly I'm not convinced it cleans very well.

I really like the idea, and have been using this product for a few months but have found that it seems too watery to be actually cleaning my hands. I have to pump at least 3 or 4 times but although it looks foamy, it just feels like water, so unfortunately will have to revert to conventional soap or hand wash.

I love my Raindrop foaming hand soap and have been using it for a while. It’s so refreshing to find a soap that is great for handwashing but also doesn’t irritate my super sensitive hands. I’m so happy that not only is it not in a plastic bottle, the Raindrop bottles look lovely in my bathroom and kitchen too. The small refills are also easy to store without taking up cupboard space.

I love the concept. But I have found that there isn’t much foam not long after refilling. I have to pump several times to get a decent amount of times to have a suitable amount to wash your hands properly. So having to refill more often. Disappointing and won’t be buying more. Will just buy bars of soap to be environmentally friendly.

My friend told me about these and I wasn’t disappointed when I received them! The kids have enjoyed the novelty of them being a foam also! Had ours about 5 months now and no
Problems at all! I recently ran out of one of the hand washes and it was so easy just having the tablets to hand to fill up another one ! Highly recommend !

Really happy with the set we received, they were beautifully wrapped and all recyclable which was a great bonus! Not seen any other products like this on the market and really impressed with the quality! Would definitely recommend!

The bottles are beautiful but one of the nozzles was broken then the team has sent the new ones to my old address despite my address update. Then they could send the nozzle to the right address but this time nozzle was not working and looked different than original ones. The team wanted me to take video of how the nozzle doesn’t work. And I kind of gave up, I run after a single nozzle for a while, I just left the one bottle unused. Others are okay. Not sure if I purchase from them again because it seems tricky to manage when something goes wrong.

Sadly this turned put to not be sustainable.
The bottles are not actually brown but clear bottles that were sprayed brown to give them this cool look Matt look. Now after 6 months the colour is coming off a the top and the bottom. I cannot clean the bottle propperly without scratching the brown colour off.

That is really the opposite of sustainability.

On top of this, last month I noticed a weird smell after washing my hands. When opening the lid I realised the soap had turned greenish and had gone off (smelled like standing green water in a bucket after one year). I had replaced the soap less than 2 months before when the last raindrop tab-soap water mix was empty. I did not rinse the bottle back then as I replaced soap with more soap and did not deem this necessary. Very alarming and I no longer trust this product.

@raindrop, please try to make truly sustainable products, not spray painted clear glassbottles that look recycled and 'sustainable' but need to be replaced every 6 months as they actually are not. This seems like that was your plan all along to make more sales.

I love the Raindrop refillable soaps. Great for the environment, cleans hands effectively with gentle but pleasant smells. My whole family is loving them. Thank you Raindrop!

Great product, hard to get a response from customer service on tracking a shipment for refill. The bottles also not great, parts of the paint is coming off and makes the bottle look tacky.

We moved into a new house and I needed new handwash bottles and the Raindrop ones looked perfect for us as we're really trying to reduce our plastic waste. They have been great, so it was disappointing when I noticed the coating on the glass peeling off - but Raindrop responded quickly and are replacing them. And I must mention their floor mop! It cleans our floors well and the microfibre mop bases wash beautifully. The floor cleaner smells amazing too.

I’m very disappointed that the bottle paint peels off over time. Poor design which is gutting for a product that’s supposed to last a long time. If they’d used amber glass or kept glass clear it would have be no problem and a five star review.

Love these products! It’s nice to find something that’s both eco and a nice design for my home

Love the bottles but the hand wash foam has no scent, it doesn’t smell of anything. V disappointed and won’t be buying again.
Fully support the environmental nature of this product but will look elsewhere for the hand wash tablets now. Also emailed customer support my feedback and I heard nothing back

The foaming handwash refills are great. The smells aren't strong, and they're much better for the environment than buying liquid, but not as messy at solid soap. The bottles look really good, until you use them for a while, and half the paint comes off the bottle. It's clear glass painted brown. This would be an easy 5 stars if they had unpainted glass bottles.

I was a bit unsure at the start due to the price of the starter pack but I’ m impressed.

Managed to switch the whole family from using plastic disposable soap thingys to these over the last few months. The refills last ages, nice and foamy and are no extra hassle.

If I had one complaint it would be that the scents could be stronger… I’ve seen they tweak the formula regularly so hopefully they’ll do that next

This is a great idea but unfortunately the bottles are not up to standard. I purchased the hand soap bottles. They came beautifully boxed and really look the part but one of the pumps was faulty. It squirted out water not foam. The company immediately replaced the pump. Excellent I thought. But on using the bottles for a while now, one pump is still very watery and the other pump gets stuck in the down position. I am doing my best to persevere but my husband has already given up on them and gone back to our old plastic soaps. I will use the tablets I have left, but unfortunately I will not be repurchasing as they are not fit for the task they are made for. I cannot fault the customer service but ultimately if the plastic pumps need constant replacing, I'm not really doing my bit for the environment like I'd hoped.

Such a cool idea - really amazing product that looks good and does good. No more wasting plastic on hand soap or the mess that you get from the used soap bars!! :(

The Raindrop customer service family were super quick at answering all my questions and they updated me on the cleaning product which is about to re-launch - can't wait to try it.
