Such a fantastic product and love the eco-friendly message behind it.

I'm usually not the biggest fan of foaming hand-washes as some brands I find don't lather up properly and dry out fast when washing your hands but didn't have this problem with Raindrop which lathered up nicely and smelled really fresh too.

I'm also a big fan of how stylish the bottles look with the minimalist branding and they look really clean and fit in nicely with my decor. The non-slip base is such a good idea too to prevent any accidents but would be good if you could get this in different colours.

Will definitely be continuing with ordering more refill tablets and I'm looking forward to trying the new scents coming out!

Really great product. I ordered the hand soaps and the scents were lovely, especially the coconut. The bottles that came with it were really nice and sleek with the extra bonus of it being re-usable. The soap is a great quality, left my hands feeling clean and fresh.

Made the switch to the hand soap refills and amber glass bottles from my method product, i was nervous at first as they went out of stock but now the brand is fully stocked everything is running really good with my monthly subscription!

Cannot wait for the brand to bring out new products!

I really like their household cleaning products…they smell awesome and seem to do the job.

However, I have been waiting MONTHS for them to bring their refills back into stock…I contacted them in June after waiting sometime expecting to see the stock replenished, they said the refills would be back in stock at the beginning of July. And then I see the company’s response to someone’s review on here and they’ve said the refills were due to be in stock at the beginning of August. I have contacted the company directly via Instagram again in the past week to ask when the refills will be available but have yet to hear from them. It’s getting frustrating now…I will need to find a product from another company to use in their bottles as I have got no spare refills left…and have been having to use the multi refills to clean everywhere for the last 6 weeks as that is all I had in my cupboard.

The product and subscription service should be simple to use. But when there is a lack of communication from the company especially when prompted as to the availability of products you begin to lose patience.

I was really excited to find a plastic-free hand wash alternative but unfortunately the foam dispensers are poor quality. The nozzle gets stuck and they stop working within 2-3 weeks - I emailed to report this and although the customer service was good and I was given free replacements, they then stopped working again after a few weeks. I reported this again and even the third replacement was still faulty. I’ve had to stop using as it defeats the point if I’m going through dispensers this quickly. I liked the hand wash itself though as it was gentle on my skin but the delivery times are too slow and the website isn’t as functional as other sustainable subscription brands around.

We're so impressed with the foaming handsoap starter kit, both scents are wonderful and my kids love the foamy goodness! We seem to have had a lot more enthusiastic handwashing since we recieved them. I'll definitely be ordering the cleaning sprays next, I love how easy it is to order refills, keeps it simple and efficient, and no plastic. Just perfect. Thankyou raindrop, will be recommending to everyone!

This soap smells lovely and the bottles look great.
We have unfortunately managed to get through 3 soap dispenser now and won't be buying any more. We had issues with the pumps on all 3 getting stuck down at times, which really isn't helpful when you have 4 children who you're trying to encourage to wash their hands!
The worst thing for us though is that all 3 bottles smashed on being knocked into the sink. None of them fell far, it happened in 2 separate sinks. I know that a glass falling into a ceramic sink is never going to end well, but I would have expected the glass on a soap dispenser designed to sit beside a sink, to be strong enough to withstand accidentally being knocked into it by a child. It's not safe so we won't be buying any more.

Updated, see response from supplier. Waiting in anticipation for refills!

Got cross with the bottles because the sprays stopped working. Finally worked out that soaking the spray in hot water helps so went to reorder refills and they don't do them anymore! Absolutely fuming! What is the point of reusable sprays if you can't order the refills?!!!!! (Ordered the 3 cleaning sprays originally)

I’m sorry I really wanted to like both of these sets but after you keep asking me to review, I’ve had them enough time to review (sorry I won’t be taking up 10% off with a review on here) bought both the hand set and kitchen set (not the cheapest as paid over £50 for them both)
So a real review is what you asked so hopefully you can change these points and take the bad with the good;
• the nozzles not only on the spray kitchen bottles but the soaps no excuse as to keep washing them, say for example I wanted give a quick wash down of the surface I would be there pumping for ages then have to take apart, then reattach, then try again most times I’d have to do this process twice and every couple of days, soap ones are better but now I’m stuck with bottles that don’t push down to dispense.. so please re design your pumps on both, a 99p antibacterial from any other shop the pump ALWAYS works even other brands of eco I’ve never had this problem like this. When you have a busy household you don’t want to be there soaking the nozzles in warm water constantly.. I literally wanted throw them there useless look nice the bottle but that’s it (Dunelm has amber bottles a lot cheaper and better)
• the solution itself- ok if you have blitzed the place with the others first and your giving a wipe over, the solution is pointless it’s like I’m spraying a scented water and oil around the place cleaning it hardly moves things like in the bathroom (I have to go and get one that can actually spray once and wipes off and yes that’s an eco brand too)

Good points though, is that it was presented beautifully, the bottles look nice and the smell is lovely!

Perhaps back to the drawing board for the price charged for them, I have binned all mine as they don’t serve their purpose it is embarrassing showing around your eco home when you have to switch the head on the bottle to a way cheaper brand for it to work..

I really wanted to love these. The three spray bottles I bought stopped working moreorless instantly, even replacing the spray gun hasn't helped. The hand-wash bottles are sturdy but the product itself is poor, it just doesn't clean like hand-wash should. So disappointed, out of pocket and sad that a wonderful idea is only that.

Lovely looking products but the spray heads don’t work, or work only for a very sort time. I have been sent four replacement heads but given up now as still no joy. I have emailed asking for a refund twice but just being ignored.

I have bought the Raindrop foaming handwash and I am LOVING it! The bottles are so clasy looking and the tablets come in nice little pack which means they are easy to store away in a drawer. My hands feel lovely and clean after use. The coconut hand wash in particular smells amazing, it reminds me of holidays. If I had to nickpick, I'd say that the tablets take a lot longer than the 15mins stated to dissolve. But that's a minor issue I the grand scheme of things.

Nice idea but poor execution and initially good customer service ignored me when I had a second issue.

I also feel the hand-wash is being missold, given it states a "year's supply" - which in our small household of 3 looks like it will last around 3 months.

The bottles are pretty but the pumps are useless - they replaced my first when I contacted them to say it was getting stuck in the down position and said it must have been a faulty one. When the second pump developed the same fault, they did not respond to my emails.

Not really reducing plastic if I'm chucking these black plastic useless pumps in the bin, so back to a soap bar for us!

Great product, love the design. Such a great company - one pump didn’t work very well and they sent me a replacement quickly. Really like the company and ethos.

I bought three of these - bathroom, kitchen and general. One arrived smashed to bits and I was sent a replacement quickly although I gifted the spare one to a friend.
The sprays on all three are fairly useless but the bathroom one worked once and never again. The others need regular cleaning so they work.
The hand-wash is nice, however I find the foam tends to come out at an odd angle - I have to hold my hand in front of it rather than under it.
Overall its a nice idea but needs to be improved. At the moment I wouldn't bother replacing anything but the hand wash.

So much better than I expected - I bought this as I'm trying to reduce wasteful plastic in my house (and because the bottles are pretty haha) but actually the cleaner itself is SO good - I swear my kitchen has never sparkled like this before :)

My order arrived quickly and in really nice packaging too, thumbs up from me!

Great Handwash bottles!

I love the handwash bottles and tablets. They smell great and are zero waste as the packaging is all recyclable!

I bought this, in fact, I bought 3 of them. Kitchen, Bathroom, General. Although the liquid itself might be good, in fact not too bad, as it doesn't streak, I have had to transfer all to different bottles that I had as the spray mechanism is so so bad on all of them. It simply doesn't work. If they had invested in better Spraymechanics, I would have given them 4 stars.

The soap bottles are fantastic. I was a bit sceptical beforehand but love them now. Very minimal packaging and they work really well.

A tip for anyone else - give the tablets longer than 15 mins to dissolve. Not sure if its our hard water but they took about 25 mins for me - then it was perfect.

I love eco products and this seemed a really exciting and affordable way to make an eco friendly swap. As I already use a well known company for my cleaning products, I was more interested in the hand soap range.

Unfortunately the soaps were really hard to find on the website as the main focus is the cleaning range. However, I eventually found them. Another thing I need to mention is that these are FOAMING soaps. Yes it does mention this on the website, but what it means in practice is that you need to use their own brand dispenser. You won’t be able to reuse your own plastic soap dispensers like carex bottles if that was your intention. I think they’ve potentially missed a big market here.

Ordering was straightforward enough but delivery was a nightmare. They use Whistl (please check these out on trustpilot for nightmare stories). What should have been a simple package in the post took 10 days to arrive. From the tracking info it seems that whistl spent 9 days weighing my parcel before just passing it on to Royal Mail.

Customer service aren’t very responsive to messages. I left one on their Instagram which was completely ignored and also emailed them, which again, led to a slow response and not much in the way of resolution.

Product itself is nice and the packaging is very eco friendly. The soaps smell lovely and do a good job cleaning your hands. Also I’d like to add that the cost of the soaps was VERY reasonable. £6 for 4 soaps and even less on subscription is an excellent price, affordable and great value.

Like I say, I think this company has potential, but reading the other reviews it seems like they have a lot of improvements to make. I’d ordered from them with the intention of subscribing if it went well, but sadly I won’t be using again for a while. I’ll probably be back in a year when they’ve ironed out their problems as I wish nothing but the best for them and hope they get better, as the world really does need more eco companies like this.
