Have used Rainford's for quite a few years now and can absolutely recommend 100%. Better than top quality trees every year whether we go to the fantastic shop/farm or like this year we had one delivered due to poor weather. Delivered extremely quickly and driver was really helpful. We will not be going anywhere else and I recommend you don't either.

Moved to St Helens in Aug 24. 1st xmas in Merseyside. Heard about this farm. Dont have car but took a lovely hike by foot to this farm. What a place shame i didnt bring my daughter and granddaughter. So many diff xmas trees to choose from. Bought a delightful 7ft tree and had it promptly delivered within few days (£10 local delivery - bargain!) 3 weeks in and very little needle drop! Very impressed & delighted with purchase. TIP - keep it top up with water as freshly chopped - its very thirsty in warm rooms. Will deffo be back next xmas for next purchase with family 😊

We had a brilliant time today at Rainfords! We started off by having a quick bite at the cafe, wonderful toasties!

We then headed out to pick our tree, wow, what a beautiful collection of trees. We came back and needed help picking the lights and stand, Katie was wonderful. I honestly cannot thank Katie enough for showing us around and helping us select our stand and lights. She is an absolute delight and a credit to Richard and the team.

Richard is also super friendly, more than happy to stop and have a chat about the importance of real Christmas trees and why they rule the roost!

Richard, what a job you have done with this place. A homely, honest and friendly farm for all. We will 100% be back.

We get our logs from Rainfords and always top quality. We also have so much fun at Halloween with the pumpkin picking and decorating and love selecting our Christmas tree.

Fantastic service. Ordered a pallet of oak logs after 10pm on Monday, received a Shopify text as soon as the PayPal payment was taken. Received a text when the office opened on Tuesday morning to say they’d be with me by 2pm that day. Fantastic company and lovely staff. 5*

First time using rainfords and was very pleased with their customer service, when I tree was delivered unrooted they quickly resolved this, they are very polite and offer a good range of products, only thing I will do next time is order over the phone because I found the product I wanted has some moss leading information which has now been rectified, will be using again next year

Have always had 100% customer service from Richard Rainford. For the first time in years, a batch of logs wasnt burning as well as expected. Dropped and e mail on Xmas eve and Richard e mailed and called to follow up, offering to drop replacement logs on Christmas Day. I told him next week would be fine. He still dropped on boxing day. Truly exceptional customer service from a small local company that cares....Happy Christmas!
