Got this as a present. Nice looking, cool design. However, the one size fits all is not true. I’m 1.83m/6 ft, normally wear a size L. The sleeves are too short so my sweater got wet anyway esp on bike rides. When it’s windy the hood keeps blowing off so more wetness. Nice looking, fashionable poncho if you’re not that tall for drizzly days in the city, definitively not suitable for bad weather or outdoor walks/bike rides.

I ordered my poncho a couple weeks ago and I take it every where. It fits perfectly en keeps me dry al the time. I love the part that you can fold in in a small square. Finally I can dance in the rain 🌧

One size fits all is not a true description.
I’m a size 14 and the poncho looked ridiculous on me. It was far too big and far too long.
The rain kiss was lovely and Colour was really nice.

Bad quality for 70euros. Costumer service doesn't reply and no refund yet

I bought the black polka design and have used it several times walking my dogs in the Swedish autumn weather. It keeps me all dry from a 45 min walk in pouring rain. The hood stays in place also in windy weather. I googled and ordered it through a more local webshop - same price but free shipping.

My initial order was late, and the customer service didn’t reply on my emails. After two weeks I contacted them on Messenger and I was properly compensated for the delay and lack of response.

Happy customer in the end!

Gloriously happy with my rain Poncho! If it rains, you might as well wear something colourful and positive.
Only thing: I have to practice folding it into the Poncho, lol.

Got mine poncho yesterday and i love it! Its really huge, so it will fit a bigger person too. The onlycritic i have is about the sides, that are partially open, but i havent checked the poncho in actual rain yet, so no idea, if it gets wet through the loops on tbe sides. Other that that great product !

Honestly, when do you need to wear a rain poncho: when it's to blustery for an umbrella.
This poncho doesn't work for windy and rainy weather. The hood is way to big, even with a hat and other jackets underneath and the wind lifts the poncho up to your hips as the gaps at the side openings are too big too. You need to place more snap fasteners there. I have pleated the hood down at the back and closed the side openings! Tried it today and it's perfect now. Love the Japanese blossom design and they weren't
helpful but offered a refund even after months of purchase, so 2 stars instead of 1.

Such fast delivery and such a lush item. It’s very long but Defo one size fits all!! I was worried about ordering as my concern was it would be cheaply made and take forever to come. It is neither!! Not as pink as the picture but still really nice (pink panther) very happy!!

Bought the Storm Camo Poncho a few weeks ago. I love the design and the story behind it.

I wanted to know more regarding the materials used and send Rainkiss a mail, got my feedback within a day, very pro :)

There was a longer wait than expected but that was due to customs and it got sent back to sender once,but all communication was great and they kept me up dated.
Great quality and I am hoping it does the job and keeps me nice and dry.
I have to also point out that it is definitely big enough for anybody as I have worked out that if I’m on a dog walk I could sit down and become a shelter for my dogs too 🤣

I am so very pleased with my Rainkiss Poncho.
Yes, it took a month and a half to arrive, but was 100% due to Brexit.
I had a tracking number all the way and my Poncho got returned to sender twice.
It did reach me couple of days ago and I was sooo excited.
It is beautiful. It was nicely packaged and it looks exactly as advertised. I will definitely order again and most certainly recommend them and their customer service.
Each time I emailed them to chase my order, they responded promptly and kindly.

Ordered, was told would be delivered within 5 to 7 days, six weeks later still waiting for the order… Despite numerous emails, messenger messages, Facebook messages still not sorted. Was told there was problems with delivery services. In the end asked for a refund. Still waiting for that too…

I was hesitant to order due to lack of reviews but as the site looked very professional I was brave enough to order. I am truly pleased I did! The poncho looks great and is well made. It looks equally good on me (size 22) as on my friend (size 10).

Despite paying for expedited delivery (1-2 days at £11.26!) item ordered on the 11/11 still hasn't arrived.

Multiple emails later and I've received only one reply of "sorry something went wrong we'll get back to you tomorrow", Needless to say, they didn't. Putting this review here in the hope I might actually receive some customer service at some point.
