Surya was FANTASTIC … his name should be “ Super Surya “ he went beyond my expectations to get a battery to me while I was visiting my son in another state than I live in .. and my husband was there with me to install the golf cart batteries I purchased from Raion Group … we had to have a replacement sent because one of the 8 batteries I purchased, had a post to melt because of the original cables we used .. so I think it would be great to always recommend purchasing new cables when you get new batteries .. and 2 gage cables should definitely be the choice to reduce resistance … Surya searched your inventory and sold me your last Bigfoot battery and got it to me so fast .. so that I only had to prolong my trip by one day, in order to install.. he was clutch and his customer service was paramount .. texting with me advise and providing valuable hints and instructions .. he even wanted to research the specs on the new battery charger that I had purchased ( not from Raion and I don’t know if you even sell chargers ) the point is, he wanted us to be successful with the Raion batteries we had invested in … I can’t say enough about Surya but he deserves a raise and should be used to train new people that are hired in … Thank you Raion Group and I thank God for Surya … Sincerely Anne Colquitt

Pretty good transaction. They seem to only comminicate by e-mail or text. That worried me a bit, must be a small company. My question was answered and I ordered a battery. Good price, flat shipping. Battery arrived in very good packaging and only three days. Battery came with hardware, installed it and charged it over night. Hope it lasts a couple years. Battery ordered was an RG12220FP for Booster Pac 2500.
