Thank you for your feedback. After looking into this order, you ordered this item 5/12, and the carrier picked up the item on 5/13. We shipped the item by priority mail. We work hard in getting packages to the carrier within 1 business day of receipt of the order. Once the carrier receives the package from us, we are not in control of the actual transit or delivery of the package. There are multitude of reasons a carrier may delay the package ranging for supply chain issues to weather. If there is a delay with the carrier, you can reach out to us so we can initiate a trace with the carrier to locate the package and provide a status update. We never received any form of communication from you regarding this before you left this review.
Looking at your tracking number, the package was delivered to you by the carrier an hour before you left this review. Please look on your property for the package as they left it at your door based on tracking.

I ordered new replacement batteries which is a total of 6 car size batteries for my tractor. They were delivered in 2 days and arrived well packaged. Haven't had them installed yet to that is the next step.

Inadequate Packaging
Packaging for shipment was grossly inadequate and customer service, while polite, was unwilling or unable to resolve the issue of damaged goods to my satisfaction. Return policy was overly restrictive and led me to return items and shop elsewhere.
To clarify...
I ordered 3 set of batteries:
The first package was missing a battery (which was readily sent to me... off to a good start!).
The second package was fine.
The third package did not survive shipping, and had been "reassembled" by USPS. The shorted terminals happened in transit, long before I even even thought about installing them. I noticed it when I went to prep everything to do the work. We had an extensive thread of emails about this and where never able to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

Thank you for your feedback. I do understand your concern regarding this. After looking into this further, it looks like when you initially reached out to us regarding an issue, it looks like one of the boxes broke open during transit and was delivered with 1 battery missing. While we do try to reduce the chances of damages during transit such as adding additional tape, strapping the packages, there are times when the carrier may treat packages rougher and as a result there may be damages even with the additional precautions we have taken. You mentioned that all the batteries were in working condition and usable and were requesting a replacement for the missing battery. We shipped a replacement battery out to you at no extra cost to you. You reached out a week later stating that some battery terminals were shorted and burnt off as a result. We are not liable for incorrect installation by the customer, and this is not covered under warranty. Connecting the batteries incorrectly will cause shorts and will damage the battery.

I get wrong battery order, you send substitute instead of original order, but it not working with my device, without any notification. Very disappointed.

Your equipment that you are using even states that you need the type of battery that we sent with the terminals that we sent. We sent you a link directly to the equipment manufacturers website stating that the battery we sent was the correct battery type and variant for your equipment.
