Image on the sale was misleading, though the description does say 'linen' and 'printed'. However, it is a poor quality item, printing looks naff (unlike embroidered image on website) and feels like we... See more

I've had so many compliments about my tshirt! Love it 🏴 x
I bought a Lest We Forget hoodie and T-shirt. Both were meant to be cotton, Union Jack patches sewn on each arm. I thought I was buying from a UK site, so at least I thought they would be good quality. I soon realised that it was a fake/con Chinese site, when the hoodie and shirt arrived. Made of cheap nylon with the rips and badges printed on. They looked just as cheap and nasty as it sounds. I don't understand why nothing can be done about these people.

The goods didn’t fit but the after sales service and refund was terrific, thanks Lily!!
Update - after initial back and forth correspondence - this company sent refund in full. Despite first misunderstanding - completely resolved.
Bought item because it stated it would arrive by 8th, (I needed it for going away on 12th), item didn't arrive till 17th.
I have emailed repeatedly for return address and instructions. Replied saying they had received my email but no address or instructions!!! Really don't recommend buying from this company - quality is extremely poor and customer service even worse!! Total waste of money - item I will never wear and can't return, lies about return policy and poor irrelevant communication. Waste of £36!!!
UPDATE - emails back and forth continue, there seems to be a big issue with returns! They have offered me half money and keep item but unfortunately the quality is so poor - it isn't even worth that! They state items can be returned if not suitable but it would appear this is a lie!

Customer service was excellent I received my item which I was really happy with but unfortunately was too large, the team at Raise Our Colours were so accommodating they exchanged my item without hesitation! Thank you so much Raise Our Colours
Really liked the product but it was too large. The customer service was exceptional in their communication and they replaced my order with a better fitting size without question or delay. Highly rated.
Dreadful quality. I wish I’d read Trustpilot first. Inferior fabric, poor stitching, nothing like the image in the photograph. Don’t bother to buy from there.

Dont bother with this company
The fabric is cheap and nasty, delivery late and fit is shocking
On a positive note I managed to get a full refund for the item

Ordered a hat for my brother in laws 60th Birthday on 4th March. Emailed numerous times, with the same generic answer that its been detained at customs. Got a notification that evri was waiting for the parcel straight after i paid. So I trusted the sale. Im now thinking its a scam. Im not getting a human reply to my emails. Just the same generic email back. Fuming. Im always careful too. Dont trust

Received the t-shirt I ordered after 11 days thinking it would be with me in 2-3 days. Clearly not the UK company it appears to be. The advert said a 4XL t-shirt would be 83cm long but the one I received was 73cm making it unwearable for me as tall man. Furthermore it had a 2nd 4XL label sewn in to the front of the collar facing outwards, I have no idea why or how this would happen but even had the size been as described it is still unwearable. So far my attempts to return the t-shirt are unsuccessful....

Rugby top arrived and was as described in the promotion information.
Good quality product and well designed, a fine fit.
We ordered a few items from Raiseourcolours, they took three weeks to arrive and all of them were really really poor quality. They were that thin you could see daylight through them all AND the patterns on them were printed and looked nothing like what was on their website. We emailed them continuously asking for the returns address and explained the reason why, we got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BACK - no response. Eventually we contacted our bank regarding the issue and our bank reclaimed the money back for us. This is called 'Charge Back'. The scam has been on 'This Morning' TV' where the presenter explained the scam. The Scam operates from the Far East
I ordered a rugby shirt on 11th February. Finally received it today, 10th March and it’s rubbish.
I followed their “size guide” and the item is huge! It’s a horrible cheap fabric with a nasty printed pattern.
For £27 I didn’t expect something marvellous but I did expect to be able to at least wear it!
I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered.
UPDATE!
I received a response to my email asking for a refund. Raiseourcolours said “ How about we re send new package to you? Do you agree?
Due to our overseas location, return shipping costs are high, so we suggest keeping the item.
You could resell it or gift it.
Let us know if you accept this solution..”
I’ve repeatedly told them their item is rubbish and I want a refund. They keep on repeating the same thing 🙄
2nd EDIT. Raise our colours asked for more info via Trustpilot - I’ve already contacted their customer service email address. See above where they want to send me another horrible top to go with the one I paid £27 for and can’t wear! All I want is a refund!
3rd EDIT: I received a full refund from this company today.

Trading standards fail. Garment does not match advertising picture. Advertising does not state garment made in and shipped from China. Delivery is several weeks. Poor quality plastic attempt. Awful. Do NOT buy!

Items paid for but did not arrive. Communication with company is none existent, constant automated responses. No contact number. Website says they were founded in Birmingham, this is clearly not true. Requests for my money back are being ignored. Left a negative review on their Facebook page but they have removed that and blocked me. They clearly don’t want other potential customers knowing they will lose money. Please avoid, you will lose money.

Shirt made of Terrible tacky shiny thin material. Print looked great in the advert but looks awful in real life.
