The Raisin associate was a great help!
The Raisin associate I spoke with did a very good job. She was kind, patient, and persistent in researching my question. I don't like to call and be a bother but she was very helpful and tracked down the perceived problem. A problem that is Raisin's fault for changing the format of your website every few months. Very confusing.
