I liked their chicken fingers

I liked their chicken fingers. They were flavorful and moist. However, I was disappointed that they serve their hot food in Styrofoam containers for takeout.
When we got home and started eating, we noticed that the Styrofoam had begun to melt from the heat of the chicken. That was very concerning because melted Styrofoam can pose potential health risks.
Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression on me. I enjoyed the food, but because of the packaging, I don't plan on returning.

Repetitive basics missing

My concern is that a basic of serving finger food is providing napkins. I shouldn't pull away and see no napkins or have to ask after looking over my order. The should already be prepped in each bag.

Chicken finger portion is small then Palm Springs

OK, I’ve been to the Port St. Lucie West raising Cane five times I have noticed for some reason their chicken tenders three piece portion is very small. I’ve been to the one in California Palm Springs, I have to say their chicken are bigger than here. What’s up with the chicken here isn’t that expensive chicken the next time I go there I’m going to take a picture and send it to the Corporate and tell them what this company is doing selling small little chicken three piece chicken finger you pay $10 for three piece dinner and you get a small chicken finger come on raising cane maybe the manager needs to look at all the chicken and see what’s going on. This is unacceptable. for three piece is a manager not See or is it just us?

My wife and I decided to give Rising Canes a try. Didn't care for the Chicken fingers, the fries were ok and the coleslaw was ok as well. After we finished eating about fifteen minutes later my stomach started hurting. Ran to the restroom to empty my bowels out ,thank God for restrooms

While the chicken was moist

While the chicken was moist, it was quite bland, lacking any spice flavor. The sauce was OK, but when I asked for more sauce, (my chicken had very little sauce to begin with), I was told that a small cup would be 53 cents. I did not care about the price of the sauce, it was just insulting. The fries were forgettable. When I ordered, I was asked if I wanted lemonade or would I be using the fountain? I took the lemonade. Then noticed on my bill, I was charged more for it! With the sauce and lemonade I felt nickeled & dimed. I also thought the price was a bit high. I Can Not recommend this place, quite disappointing...highly overrated..

Rude customer service, not worth it!

Last night (5/11/26) was my first and definitely last time using the Raising Cane’s drive-thru in Meridian, Idaho. After politely asking to add a couple of drinks at the window, the employee (young blonde with tattoos) immediately gave me attitude and started lecturing me in a strict tone about how I should order “next time.” Mind you, these were simple fountain drinks that took maybe 2 minutes to pour, yet I was treated like I committed some huge offense.

I asked friends and family afterward if they’d ever experienced this anywhere else, and every single one said no. They regularly add items at other places — milkshakes, fries, ice cream cones, drinks, sauces, desserts, etc. — and employees are usually cheerful and accommodating, not rude and condescending.

Customer service costs nothing, and this experience completely ruined any desire to come back. I’d much rather spend my money at places like Dave’s Hot Chicken, Houston Hot Chicken, or Chick-fil-A where customers are treated with basic kindness and respect

We recently went to Raising Cane’s in…

We recently went to Raising Cane’s in Kennesaw, GA as part of a celebration for my daughter’s birthday, and my family and I were not impressed. The food was as plain as ever with no taste, and the customer service was the worst. We went there because we heard that the restaurant had recently opened and there was a lot of hype over it. When we first got there, we saw that the place was packed with people so we thought to ourselves that the food must be good. Well, we thought wrong. The cashier didn't even know how to explain the menu to us, she gave us bad information about the meals. Another lady had to come over and assist us. Please keep in mind that there was a long line. After that, she did not explain to us that the lemonade drinks were not free refills, and she behaved like it was her first day on the job. She was very clueless about all the questions we had.
When we took our seats, the tables and chairs were dirty and we had to clean it off ourselves. Then once we got our food, the chicken tenders were plain and had no taste whatsoever. The fries were also plain so we tried to get some salt, but they ran out, and they only told us that after 10 minutes standing in line waiting for someone to help us. The bread was the worst. It was like eating cardboard. Most important of all, the sauces were extremely overrated! Needless to say, we were very disappointed and should have spent our money elsewhere. I don’t get why this place was so full with people because this restaurant should not even be in business. We give this restaurant an F- and it was a one-and-done for us!

Word of advice, if you can go in and order your food, then do so and try to avoid the drive-thru. Especially if you have a large order, because most places get your orders wrong. Also, always go to the restroom to see how clean it is and if an employee is in there, wait to see if they wash their hands. Most people don’t wash their hands properly, if they wash them at all.

Spend your money wisely, be careful out there, and be safe.

Disappointed!

My family and I, frequently visited Raising Canes, for lunch and or dinner meals. It has become obvious that the chicken has decreased in size overtime, and is no longer satisfactory considering the prices have not decreased! It's made my family and I rethink visiting your store locations.

I hate being cheated

I like the food, but I didn't get what I ordered. Ordered the Caniac Combo, which is supposed to come with 6 chicken fingers. Got home 10 miles away only to find I got only 4 chicken fingers. Was charged for the Caniac Combo price. Seems like the order taker was distracted by a personal conversation with someone else on the headset. No receipt, no way to contact the store digitally.

Commercials

Why does Raising Cane’s use an obese child in their television commercials? That kid got obese from poor nutrition, such as eating fast food. Raising Cane‘s is not exclusively responsible, but they do share some culpability. I find it gross and shameful that that is who they would choose to pedal their deep fried heart attack basket. I’d love to hear the rationale behind their casting decision.

Raising Cane’s people are very disrespect

So I’m asking raising Cane for food and they’re calling me back yelling at me talking about some girl you need to go to school when I am a grown man and I’m not even trying to joke like it was so rude. I was I called back and I just told someone else and I was gonna talk to my manager cause that’s what my girlfriend told me to do but I don’t do that cause I’m not crazy Karen, but they were very rude and very disrespectful so maybe don’t recommend raising Cane’s cause they are terrible mean people they really really mean and I might even give them a complaint I’m gonna call corporate, but I am really not joking that they were being really rude and really disrespectful but I’m gonna call them back
