Chicken for people with no taste buds

Completely underwhelming chicken. Lacked basic seasoning. One word to describe would be bland. Lackluster fries. Something you can get in the frozen section of the market. Poor excuse for "texas toast" as well.

The customer service is HORRIBLE

The customer service is HORRIBLE! The food is ok at best but also horrible! I went to raining cains on 5060 S Wadsworth in Littleton Colorado on 6-27-2025 at 1pm to try for the first time. I ordered the box meal with non sweet iced tea. Drove away to Sam’s club to eat and iced tea was sweet tea ( which I cannot drink) and the 4 tenders had serious Grizzle almost non edible. I drove back to restaurant and tried to ask for correct tea( full glass in hand), and cashier told me sorry I couldn’t return for new. I started to raise my voice and told her that I didn’t order sweet tea and wanted my order which was given to girl taking orders outside due to high volume. Not pleasant experience and will never go again because food was near horrible and people working are not correct to customers when clearly I was Not in fault. I have pictures of the ridiculous grizzle in the tenders and videos.

I stop at Rasing Cane's all the time

I stop at Rasing Cane's all the time. It is usually delicious and fast. This time everything was cold, and the breading was falling off the chicken, not sure what caused that though.
I was very sad as I don't get to go there very often and look forward to it when I do get to stop.

We had take out

We had take out. Chicken was good but greasy, the french fries were like soggy or mush, the toast was soggy. Paying for extra sauce is ridiculous and one free does not get it for 3 chicken fingers. The worst part was the music was SO LOUD, the person taking orders could not even hear what was being said. Altamonte Springs, Florida

NOPE. Not going back, yuck.

Over $11 for four TINY little bland chicken fingers, coleslaw with ZERO flavor (unless you count mayonnaise as a flavor), and crinkle fries that look and taste like they were from the Dollar Tree? The Texas toast tasted like a bland piece of bread. The ONLY good part was the Coke Zero, and that's not something they made. WOW. The lines are out into the street, and I wonder if it's because nobody has had them before and don't know how bad and over-priced they are? Yuck. I would give them 0 if that was an option. Oh, their sauce was good, but I could buy the sauce and put them on chicken fingers I got elsewhere and it would have been better.

Ripped off

Just arrived in Philapelpia after a very long day travelling from Scotland and we were in the process of driving the final leg of our journey and driving down to Medford. We stopped at the Raising Canes on Marlton Pike East. My wife went in and ordered some food which came to $22, she handed over $40 and then was handed back $3 by the server. My wife pointed out the mistake and was told flatly that she only handed over $25. The server point blank refuses to check or even open the till and instead, turned and walked away through the back of the front desk. This could have been easily checked and rectified and the server chose to instead rip off a tourist for $15. Thanks very much Raising Canes for a very unwelcoming reception to America

The chicken is the best

The chicken is the best. Change the fries and the slaw. Yuk. Slaw is better than the fries. Fries are frozen 50’s fries.

No. No. And NO.

The chicken is good, I will give them that. Not so much on the customer relations side. I asked about a discount for a religious organization ordering from them. No. I asked for military discount. No. I asked if they had any discounts so that we could place a large order. NO. The management must not understand "community relations" even though their website talks about it. Good Luck getting them to support their local community in a good way.
Three days to give a review. Hmmmm, that alone says a lot. Guess you REALLY didn't want to hear what your customers have to say.

I went Raising cane's in Findlay

I went Raising cane's in Findlay, Ohio once again my order was messed up. The fries weren't hot, they was soggy cold and needed seasonings. I ordered the Canic meal to share with my co-worker and ordered the kids meal for my son. The chicken was cold and they gave one chicken tender as the kids meal, no fries or drink. This is the last time I will go to the Findlay Ohio Raising Cane's. Each time I go there my order is never right. Two times before I've had to go back and return my order because it wasn't correct. Either, they need more training or, they need to check before hanging out someone's order. I through the whole meal in the trash. Mad about the lack of good service.

Unprofessional

Just want to say their management is pure trash. I went on an interview last June for a brand new site that was opening. These bottom feeders just TODAY sent me a email saying I didn’t get the job. I mean, no sh$t!!! It didn’t take me a year to figure that out. Why waste my time to text my phone to tell me to look at my email about the application just to say what you could have said in the text. I’m glad I didn’t work for an unprofessional company, cause saying organization gives yall credit. Almost a whole year. That’s crazy. I mean yall must have fired a ton and went back to the drawing board. Don’t you suppose to keep my app on file for 6 months? I see why it’s a high turnover rate working for yall. I’m making double what you have paid me anyway. Thanks though. 🤣
