Product was good but packaging not. just wrapped in paper and some of the boxes were damged while transfered.

Update: They also only included half of my order. This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve had with a supplier in the last 10 years. Worst company I’ve ever encountered.

Vi er super ærgerlige over den proces i har været igennem vedr. jeres levering. Efter 2 forgæves leveringer hvor ingen var hjemme og et forkert navn på døren og manglende etage-information på ordren - har det ikke været en nem affære.
Da vi leverer med Danske Fragtmænd, leverer vi kun til kantsten i tidsrummet 8-16 og derfor har vi ikke kunne imødekomme leveringen efter 17, som vi har haft skrevet frem og tilbage om på mail. Hvilket på beklageligvis ender i at i er nødt til at køre til 'Pick-up-point' for at afhente jeres vare.

Vi håber trods besværlighederne at i har fået jeres vare og det lever op til forventningerne.

We are very sorry about the process you have gone through regarding your delivery. After 2 unsuccessful deliveries where no one was at home and a wrong name on the door and missing floor information on the order - it has not been an easy affair.
As we deliver with Danske Fragtmænd, we only deliver to curbs between 8am and 4pm, and therefore we have not been able to accommodate delivery after 5pm, which we have written back and forth about by email. Which unfortunately ends in you having to drive to the 'Pick-up point' to pick up your item.

We hope that, despite the difficulties, you have received your item and that it lives up to expectations.
