First order bad luck?
It was my first order. The reason for my two Star review is firstly; the products i ordered got sent in two different deliveries. Secondly, none of them were addressed to the shipping address- but rather to my billling address. When I reached out to customer support they said they’d fixed it. And sent the logistics handler an email. The handler hadn’t got the message, but he was luckily flexible and was able to divert to my shipment address. This was on the first delivery. On the second part of the same order, which went out a few days later it was the same wrong address. Now it’s been over a week since the delivery date that was estimated on checkout expired and I still don’t have the product in my hand. Luckily customer support seems to be trying to fix the issue. But currently I’m not sure when it’s arriving or if it’ll be sent in return.

The shipment arrived 5 days later than specified, the boxes were broken and wet in one corner, the plastic film, destroyed, the delivery service is terrible, and it is the second time you have delivered us like this.
