Lost package. They refuse to respond and to make it right. Do not recommend purchasing directly from them.

The products are fairly good, most of them.

But the company, man its awful just dont buy from this site, buy from a reseller.

They take forever to ship, Free gift offers are a rak key chin, thats it. and the support? good luck, oh and tarrifs, get bent if your in the USA becouse they will ship when ever who cares if fees increesed since the order.

Just dont do it, find a local reseller.

I have purchased a tag from them, but in 2 days, it went dead. Fast forward, one month later, they finally admit the product is defective, and that some one will contact me to send a replacement. 2 months later - no replacement, no refund, only silly games that "we did not get your email". Stay away from this seller as much as you can. Products are not great, not cheap, and there is absolute no customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a Meshtastic node made by these guys from Rokland (the unit came perfectly fine and functioned as advertised). Upon opening up the unit (it's literally designed/advertised to be opened and customizable) 2 out of the 4 nuts holding the enclosure just spun. They are held in with the 3D printed plastics around it, but I guess the force of the screw being installed/removed was enough to cause this to be eaten away and now doesn't hold the nut from spinning. This makes it so now when I try to close the case and spin the screw it just spins and I have to hold the backside which still doesn't work - thus making this product unusable for my purposes. All they had to do was send me another 3D printed case or better yet design a case with heat set threaded inserts so they are literally melted into the plastic and much more durable/robust plus it's one less part for users to lose. I initially had a good experience with Rak, they partially refunded me after they send out the wrong items when I paid for upgraded cases with antenna mounted so I was expecting better. I last emailed them 07/15 about this when replying to their response and haven't heard a word since! Very unprofessional - especially for a company that also makes and sells commercial/industrial devices which one would assume they also provide aftermarker support for.

I bought a product (Gateway Concentrator Module), but changed my mind afterward, but before delivery.

Thay refused to do any kind of refund. They kept the product and my money.

I believe this is illegal in EU

Update: I received my order from Rak about a month after placing it, and I requested the antenna to be mounted on the Unify enclosure, and it was not. I contacted them about this, stating yes it was only $10, but if I bought many nodes like I want to, this could be nearly the price of another node! They also wanted proof showing I received the item disassembled - which I could not provide as I had already assembled and deployed it... They still refunded me the assembly price, and informed me they corrected the issue so it won't happen again.

I recently placed an order with RakWireless for a WinBlock device and accessories and after placing the order noticed the base board must've defaulted back to the EU version of the product and I hadn't realized it before placing the order. So I contacted their support in hopes I could get this changed prior to it shipping and they emailed me back a little under 2 days later and changed it out.

Overall great customer service and would order again. Keep in mind it's about a 20 day lead time from order creation to receipt and it's appearing to be the same for me. Being that they are based in China, the time zones are way off too so I received their response at 5am my time, also just something to keep in mind. Hopefully we never have to use these devices but I think they work fantastically from my testings and could even possibly be deployed in SAR teams or similar with ATAK. Thank you Rak for all you guys do!!

I ordered a meshtastic radio and other bits and pieces from this company and have received nothing weeks later. They are very slow to answer emails and the tracking website they gave I'm very dubious about.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Order some parts for my company and they did not even try to send my packages out. It was over 2 weeks of no type of communication. I had to contact my bank to reverse the charge because they were just awful. The phone number does not even work, it goes to a voicemail that has a full inbox.

Their customer service is awful, if you want to cancel or return an item you will never hear from them again. They will not answer all you will get is an email ticket, nothing more. Don't buy anything from them

Very dissatisfied when you pay $40 shipping then the package shows up and you owe 30$ for import fees better off getting your antenna from Amazon
