I contacted Ralli 6 years ago after an accident, they took on my case and worked tirelessly and very professionally until I reached a settlement via a no win no fee arrangement. They're not incompetent solicitors but I'd agree with the sentiment below that racking up the fees for what are clearly admin-related tasks seems to be the modus operandi there...
Response to further comment from Ralli solicitors (09/03) - the majority of the fees were for tasks that were fairly simple such as seeking out quotes / replying to emails which I should have done myself. Indeed, it was me who ended up referring your colleague to an appropriate party wall surveyor (who we are communicating with currently).

Thank you for the review, however it should be noted that you were provided from the outset; written information as to the cost relating to your case, as we do with all of our clients. Our terms of engagement clearly set out the charging rates. The sums charged to you did not include admin charges, and were at the lowest end of the fee range you agreed at the outset.
Ever looking at a no win no fee firm DON’T use these as their only priority is the number of hours they are claiming and both g to do with your case
Alway takes 1 month for a reply, assistants who no nothing, just a complete joke

Dear SI, Ralli Solicitors LLP do not take on No win No fee cases. We can only assume you have posted your review to the wrong firm's website. If you provide your full name and date of birth we will check our database.
Continually failed to attach documents to emails and requested information that had already been supplied.
After 6 months they failed to send relevant documents to support their position. Made inflammatory accusations to the injured party. Unprofessional incompetent.
