I bough brand new watch and it broke…
I bough brand new watch and it broke down within a year. Was asked for evidence by making a video of me shaking the watch and showing the display as faulty all on one clip as they doubted it to be a genuine claim. They sent a new watch. I have hardly worn it. But when my emporia Armani watch broke I started wearing it. It also packed up within 2 weeks.

We’ve managed to locate the original order and can see it was placed in 2023. From reviewing the correspondence, I can see that my colleague asked for a video of the issue in place of having you return the watch internationally. This was offered to save you time and the inconvenience of having to go to a postal office and was deemed to be a quicker solution. We’re sorry if this was misunderstood, but it was certainly not because we didn’t believe it was a genuine issue. We aim to always resolve issues in the easiest and quickest manner.
We haven’t received any further contact from you since your replacement was delivered in May 2023, so we’re sorry to learn through your review that you’re now experiencing another issue.
If your replacement watch has developed a fault, we’d genuinely like the opportunity to investigate and put things right. I believe a team member has already reached out to try to assist. Please either respond to this communication or contact our customer service team at info@ralphchristian.com so we can help.
We look forward to hearing from you and resolving this for you.
