Was in the shop this lunchtime, excellent service and advice from one of the young guys working there. He was really helpful and the price for a Regatta Great Outdoors bag was very competitive. Don't understand previous reviews, any interactions I heard between staff and customers were friendly.

Tax evasion to its fullest, till 3 off books is for cash only seen in all records, pays staff cash in hand ( bullies kids), doesn’t have a fire exit in his shop, the shops infested with rats (and he’s a 2 legged one), alcoholism when on the drink doesn’t pay his staff, addiction to drugs / tablets aswell as alcohol, building needs an inspection for the safety off the everyday customers ardent safe with structure of building. Uses cameras to dictate staff.
Revenue need to act fast
I've had to report this Thug /owner to the Guards /Police for intimidation & Voient behavior, this person has mental health issues & should not be dealing with the public, avoid this Voient Thug at all costs. See reviews for similar behavior, he's been been brought to court.. Plus won't return faulty items with receipts ect..AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
The customer service was excellent, thank you Michelle for sorting out my order. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This company has been around for a few decades and I hope they will be around for a long time
