I bought their challenger package, the kit is ok and seems durable enough, the bag is roomy with plenty of pockets. On the leg pads, I do think the straps could do with being longer, as the middle one barely fits my calves. Gloves seem ok, budget quality but I expected that, overall I'm surprised with the kit, it's better than I expected. Unfortunately, the bat was hideous, I knocked it in really well and oiled it, but it turned up with a small crack in the top of the blade and this opened and snapped on first use in the nets. RAM apologised profusely and sent half my money back, but it would still make me cautious buying another bat from them if they let one go out the door with a visible crack in it.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery, rapid exchange of too small helmet. I would recommend this company to anyone purchasing cricket equipment for a junior cricketer.

I have purchased the stumps 2weeks ago and played our first match yesterday using these stumps.

I was shocked to see that one of the stump broke in half for a medium pace bowler which isn't acceptable at all. I am really disappointed with the quality of these stumps and what to check if there is any warranty available for these stumps.

Please find the pictures of the stumps. I can confirm these are not standard wood as I can see powder from the stumps end they broke. Also note one of the bail is broken.

Could you please check and let me know the options available.

Bought a bag that split on the seam after a couple of uses, got in touch with RAM a lady called Vicky got in touch very quickly and sorted things no issue. Great customer service

Was bought a RAM cricked bag and loved it. Unfortunately it ripped after a couple of uses. I know this isn't common as I have friends who have had similar bags for years.
I contacted customer services and Rachel organised a replacement which arrived within a few days.
