Overpriced dropship products, game deflecting customer service
I bought a ramp for $450 and when it arrived I saw it was PETSAFE brand, not ramp champ. The very same ramp was available on Petcircle for $271 - when I contacted customer service to get them to price match, I was passed back and forth between two customer service reps over two weeks, where they intentionally misunderstood my request. I last contacted both staff members four days ago to follow up and have had no response.
Very unhappy with the outcome- so I would recommend you buy from Petcircle as the mark up is just insane.

Love the product - even though shorter than they state
Love the product, the only detail that was disappointing and im still waiting on a response to my query is that they stated the ramp was 1000mm long, each one only measured at 990mm long-so waiting on how they will resolve this. selling something not matching the description feels a little misleading.
