Fantastic products, fitted by Dale with no damage to the internal plaster so no ugly trim inside and no patch work to the rendering outside. Clean and tidy with dust sheets used. Would recommend

From start to finish everything went to plan, the fitters were very professional and helpful. Everything was explained to us. All rubbish was cleared from our property prior to finishing. Thank you for our nice new windows and doors 😃😃 since writing this review we have noticed a few hiccups damage to windowsills locks to window! I will add as issues appear.

Excellent service from the Start, Family business, Tommy came out to see us, measured windows and went through designs etc, to the have Rob come down from Tiverton to Cornwall and become so efficient in work, If you need windows or doors fitting talk to R&G Installations.

From start to finish fantastic service, Tommy at the end of the phone to answer any queries. Windows and doors excellent quality and were fitted beautifully in two days couldn’t fault this company on anything would definitely highly recommend.

I highly recommend this Company. All queries were answered on the first meeting with Tommy. He talked through different openings and what would be best for each room. Graham measured up soon after and put my mind at rest about the openings, and for the work being done. This included making a French door that was not a 'run of the mill' size. Dale was the fitter, who was courteous and polite and did an excellent job. All windows and doors in the house were removed and replaced, and all rubbish was swiftly removed. I cannot praise this Company enough. Thank you all.

Beware this company will make threats despite having been paid, they invoice twice.
No safety equipment used, upstairs windows removed with no scaffold, new windows damaged as left uncovered and in vacinity of building work, dirty dust sheets used causing more mess.
Graham's son Tommy made false promises saying a team of 4/6 people would be completing works, this was unnecessary. Instalation date was delayed despite early 50% deposit, and alternative windows installed. The front windows were left partly fitted due to poor survey

From start to finish a fantastic service. Tommy came to price up my windows, i told him my budget and was very pleased with the windows i could have. Rob came up a few days later to do the final measurements and suggested making some changes to some of the openings on the windows that were in awkward places making them easier to reach to open, something i wouldnt have thought of and was so helpful. They arrived on time, were very tidy and organised and happy to answer any questions i had. A lovely family business, all great blokes, and i would definitely recommend them. Just make sure the coffee keeps flowing and the radio is loud enough to drown the singing. Haha. 5 ++++ stars.

Recently had my windows fitted and couldn't be happier!
Tom was the first point of contact, he came out and went through all of the paperwork. He kept us upto date with the progress.
When the day came for the works to be done, I couldn't fault them. They were professional, clean, tidy and nothing was too much bother for them. Their workmanship was great!
Graham, Rob and Tom are all great and explained everything to me and their aftercare was brilliant! I would highly recommend this Company! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future - great job!

Highly recommend this company. Tommy, Charlie, Rob and Graham are really polite, helpful and friendly and get on with the work quickly and efficiently.

After many years of using R&G their usual excellent work was again on the mark earlier this month Glad I haven't heard the singing but otherwise They can't be praised enough.Honest and trustworthy throughout

R&G builder's.turned up on the day they said and every day until the work had been completed. They are both very professional In their work and discussed any issues they had come across and gave ideas on home to overcome problems. I have no problems in recommending them to any anyone.the standard of work they do is very high and the after care we've had for a few small issues was excellent. I am now waiting on them to be able to come and do some more work for us. Only down side is the singing needs work lol.

I cannot recommend R&G Installations enough! I was impressed with the professionalism shown throughout the whole process, from quotation to installation they provided an excellent service at a very good price.

What a great find! We are so pleased we used R&G who were great from start to finish. You hear so many bad stories but they were great from start to finish. Helped us find the right products (and price), kept us informed and then when it came to installation the guys arrived on time, were friendly and did an amazing job! Kept things clean after each day and we are just so pleased with the finish.

Very professional, reliable workers who were conscientious with nothing being too much trouble. Always on time and worked all day (unlike others we have used before). At the end of each day they cleaned up any mess and really were the best workers we have used. Would not hesitate to recommend this company, first class in all aspects.
