We had a fantastic experience with Rangecookershowroom and would highly recommend them. We purchased our Rangemaster cooker and Fisher & Paykel fridge through Tony, who took the time to genuinely understand what we needed - walking us through the pros and cons of every available model until we found the perfect fit.
A month after buying, we noticed a minor issue with one of the cooker's switches. Tony sorted it out himself, quickly and without any fuss, sparing us the hassle of dealing with Rangemaster's customer care directly. That kind of after-sales service is rare and really sets them apart.
If you're in the market for a range cooker, look no further - this is the place to go.

Remember the days when you could visit a family firm and see the latest expensive items you are interested in all out on display. The owner, with decades of experience, spent up to an hour with you discussing all the pros and cons with no pressure to purchase. Then his son, with an amiable and specialist crew, delivered and installed your competitively priced choice and removed the existing item. Subsequently, an on-call service that covered all guarantee and maintenance issues.

Roy was so helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable at their amazing and comprehensive showroom, ordering was easy and straightforward, and the delivery itself from Tony and his colleague was seamless (and so friendly). Couldn't recommend more highly. It's also a beautiful oven!

If you are serious about cooking and are looking for a new range cooker I can’t rate the rangecookershowroom highly enough, not only do they have the biggest selection of range cookers to look at but we were booked in with Tony the salesperson / Engineer who was so knowledgable and passionate and spent a good hour with us even though he knew I wanted it shipped to Cornwall which was out of there delivery range sadly, he was still happy too off load his wealth of expertise, then put me in touch with a closer stockist. Being able to see and handle the cookers in the flesh is so important when making such a considered purchase, I came away knowing exactly what I wanted because of this. It’s comforting to know you can still find one to one human advice in this digital age we live now live in.

When we visited the showroom, we were blown away by the knowledge and expertise offered, at the same price as online competitors. After ordering our Rangemaster cooker, there were some delays which Roy worked tirelessly with the manufacturer to resolve, keeping us informed throughout. The installation process went smoothly, with a continuation of a quality and knowledgeable service throughout. If you've decided to buy a range cooker, this is the place to buy it from.

We have been looking for a range cooker for some time. Having a showroom where you can see many different cookers was really helpful. Our experience was two hours of trying out different range cookers in the showroom - fiddling with knobs, rattling the doors and trying out the hob. This was combined with expert advice from years of experience with servicing these cookers to help us think about what we need in the long term. Then when we followed up with emails and phone calls replies were prompt and helpful, in particular with advice about installation. The order was processed quickly and the installation itself was carried out with expert care and attention. The process was *exactly* what I would want it to be.

We were replacing our old Rangemaster dual fuel 110 with a new Rangemaster with induction hobs. Lots of models were on display in their Rayners Lane premises. Roy Guinn was extremely helpful and informative, we chose the model we wanted, and the installation was speedy, tidy and efficient. Recommended.
