Great staff, fantastic service
I had been having a number of issues with my “Google My Business” account which I had been trying to resolve through Google myself. After contacting them and another provider on numerous occasions they both were unable to help. I got in touch with Ranking Coach, who I have an account with, and spoke to Iva who after listening to my problem got straight on to resolving the issues. With some very quick email responses Iva managed to resolve the problems that had been affecting my business for several months. Given I have limited IT knowledge Iva’s approach was great, very patient, listening and relayed things in a simple way so I could give her the information she needed to get it resolved. The experience I received was fantastic and I would highly recommend Ranking Coach, Iva and her colleagues to anyone looking for a digital marketing company.

The WORST support ever
The worst support ever. Their tool is not working. I complained multiple times because I see not 1% improvement and they didn't really care. The worst company ever!

Ranking coach is a straight ripoff they are good at something because these reviews cannot possibly be true. Within 12 hours of starting a 7 day trial I was charged $960 dollars for two orders on the same account. I talked to there representative and he informed me that if I used there service at all, it would VOID the 7 day free trial and cause me to place an instant order and that it was my fault for ordering two orders on the same account.
But he would try to help me out and would REFUND $480 of one order but could not refund the other $480.00 after explaining how I felt this was such an EXTREME RIPOFF he proceeds to do me the FAVOR of refunding $900 and only charge me $60 a month for a subscription service for 12 months.
WOW I GET SO TIRED OF DISHONEST COMPANIES AND THERE SMALL PRINT INVISIBLE PRINT HIDDEN TRAPS PUT THERE BY LAWYERS TO SIMPLY RIP PEOPLE OFF.
