I'm really enjoying Ranking Coach. I already see improvements in our SEO. And yesterday in an individual webinar Cristiana helped me by clarifying all my doubts and also giving tips on how to improve. Ranking coach is a tool that helps you a lot to understand digital marketing. I highly recommend it.

I think ranking coach genuinely wants to help but they have not the time to do so because they are too busy doing something else.
I tried to ask for some helps about backlinks but they have never been able to explain to me how to manually do it. That is a shame.
Tetsi was very helpful though Thanks to her, I figured out what was a keyword and how to implement each of them on my website. thank you guys. Good tool to start understanding about SEO though, Best of luck

These guys rectified my AdWords over charge immediately with a full refund.

Absolutely awful customer support. I have requested my account be cancelled because I have had 4 months worth of technical issues that have prevented me from fully using the service they advertised and they tell me they will get back to me in 2 days... I’ve been waiting over a month and they won’t respond to my follow ups.

Every time I’m given an ETA on an issue I have to then chase it up multiple times and wait multiple weeks for a response, update or fix.

It has got to the point where I don’t trust their service and they are not providing what they advertise and have just kept me waiting so they can continue billing me for a service that has not been working properly.

Absolute worst company to deal with. Do not use!

UPDATE: Rankingcoach finally cancelled my service after writing my review on trustpilot however they have now reported my review as being false and claiming that I was not a customer. It seems they have a team of people that are purely for damage control to stop their awful service habits being leaked. Beware.

I signed up for the trial period, and 3 days later I found out that I had to pay the 12 months subscription because I clicked OK on the pop up message asking me if I wanted to see the upgrade options. Instruction on the website is not helpful unless you have a significant computer knowledge. Now I just had to pay my monthly charge until the end of the contract and got nothing done !!!

I started to use trial version and soon it convinces to purchase the complete package. It's a great app for those who are beginning to learn SEO.

Such a shame, this service has some great potential and I auditioned it with a view to setting up a reseller relationship.

I emailed in to cancel before the end of the trial but then started receiving reminders for payment. After a threatening “pay now or we’ll charge you even more” email I got in touch to explain the situation.

Two weeks on and I’m still receiving e-malls basically telling me that I didn’t cancel and so I owe them $30 - like....whatever happened to customer service? What school of thought goes that “if you tell a customer they’re a liar, they’ll recommend you to others!”

Well no, sorry, you’re not getting my $30, nor shall I be enquiring about your reseller programme.

Tip of the day? Listen to your clients, unhappy people will spread the word about your company a LOT faster - and people don’t like being called liars.

UPDATE: In addition to my original review and my disgust at being called a liar, this company has now REPORTED my review as not being genuine!! No wonder they have such an artificially high rating on here - they appear to have a team that routinely report and ask for removal of negative reviews. Beware!!!

It's really an informational website, full of resources: news, tools, beginner's guide, video tutorials, etc.

Great tool for my website. Really helped increase traffic and it's great value.

My account was on hold for three months, I made sure to cancel my membership before the end of "the hold" period. However, I was charged two days ago. So far, the customer service is refusing to refund me the £29.99 despite me contacting them within 48 hours of noticing that my card had been charged.
I will leave an updated review in a few days so future customers can make an informed choice about this company.
I am really hoping this is a genuine misunderstanding but I will keep everyone posted.
Update: A nice lady from the Ranking Coach support team was happy to organise a refund as I had spotted the error within 48 hours. I have increased my review from 1 to 3 stars. I would be happy to give this product 5 stars if the cancellation process was more straight forward. I pride myself for being fairly tech-savvy yet I have found the account management section less than user-friendly. The set-up as it currently stands will leave many customers feeling that they have opted-out when they actually haven't.

I was paying a monthly fee and had to update my credit card and I was charged in full for the year by ranking coach more than what I was paying per month & 4 weeks later ranking coach has still not resolved the issue.

We've been using rankingCoach for nearly a year and found the SEO reporting coupled with the tips for improving SEO performance to be incredibly helpful. A great service that delivers great value for the investment. Perfect for the DIYer's!

It took me a while to come around to the idea but we have seen great success after implementing the software.
Our clients have reassured us they found our website with ease and with the help of rankingCoach the information on our site is concise and guides clients/potential clients.
The costs associated are minimal compared to the gains we have seen.
I highly recommend rankingCoach and encourage new users to work with the consultants, they have helped us a great deal.

RIP off merchants with their renewal and cancellation policy - be wary of the small print, they take delight in fleecing you

rankingCoach is great for a person who has no idea what SEO is!!! It guides you what you should do and when you don't understand something, the support is always so helpful. It really helped me to understand how SEO works, they'll explain you till you feel comfortable:)
