Don’t use ERANK …
I’ve been using erank for my Etsy shop for a few years now..
after receiving an email from erank regarding late payment i replied id pay on 6th of January when I got paid, which I did.. now erank have suspended my account saying I’ve not paid which I have and have proof of this from my bank and emails confirming the payment, but erank are refusing to confirm they have payment from me..
emails are back and forth but all I get is
YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED DUE TO NON PAYMENT..
Disgusting the way I have been treated by this company.. 😡
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AND FIND ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE
