Hello ! I do not recommend in any way this agency, very unprofessional, the money is late to appear plus they send you to work one day a week, if you call them constantly to ask them for work! I'm talking about the Burnley agency !! Hannah there mixes the problems of marriage with those of work! good luck ! there you are only slaves !!!

Dreadful company ,worked as agency driver ,and still not paid after 3 weeks,this company refuses to accept my hours worked,even claiming I was not there one day.Having travelled at my own expense to last company worked,and confirmed to me I was there,which I new because have photo evidence.....now taking legal action to recover my wages and expenses.Hrmc informed ,and will be taking this matter up ,also contacting acas,and local newspaper......Going to give this company some free advertising.

found a job as an assembler via this agency with a company gap windows, the agency told me to get their for 5.30 in the morning once went to work the manager of the company at gap windows says im not needed, so i ring the agency back to tell them and they say that theyre sorry they got their wires mixed up, two weeks later i ring the agency again to find work , again they say 1 person is needed so this time i ask the agency to double check that they need me so they send me again , once again the company says im not needed so again i ring the agency and this time they say well ring the company to find out whats happening and they'll call me back so like an idiot i wait all day no call back so i ring the agency to find out what happened and the reception says ill put you through to the woman in charge , then after five minutes of waiting for her the receptionist says shes gone home when shes in the back ground having a laugh with one of her colleagues, this agency are users they dont give a damn about people they just think people are escape goats and they can use people how they want . this company is based in warrington so please stay as far away as possible ..if i could give 0 stars for the review i would but based on the trust pilot policy you have to give some kind of rating.
