One star is too high. I have been charged 41 pounds for a product I do not want. I paid 40 pence for a one-off convert and it was made clear that I could cancel within 7 days and not go ahead with the full month. I cancelled immediately and have still been charged for a month, a month I will not be using and do not want. The payment even came through on a day when I hadn't used my computer so I definitely had not bought this product. It now seems I will get a refund on the next few days. When I get the money back in my account I will change this review

They are scammers they scamemd me 47.50 euros when i can get it for free!!!!

Can someone please tell me how to cancel the subscription?

Had a monthly subscription of €47.90 come out for 4 months and I don’t even have a recollection of using this website.

Scamming C***s. Advertising aftershaves and perfumes around christmas time on facebook. Paid for some and never received the product. Also turns out they've set up a standing order for over £40 a month since Nov 2023 that I've only just noticed in May 2024. Bank notified.

Don't use the service.

It s a scam. My credit card was blocked. You never receive the product. When I threatened with a lawyer I received a call from Pakistan where they wanted to have access to my new Revolut account.

I have been charged €47.90 for a subscription to this service when I thought I was being charged €0.50 for a one off conversion of a file. Have tried three times to email the company and no one answers the phone number on the website.
