Absolutely fantastic service from Rapid Direct. The online quote generator is so easy to use and the quality of the products they produce need to be seen to be believed. I have used them now for 1000's of dollars of orders and they have never let me down. The customer sales representatives are always incredibly helpful, prompt and always do their best to help with queries. They are a truly excellent company and very well run.

They are very fast on the response and always willing to work with you. If some mistake happens they own it and work on it. overall, as a customer I feel I can trust them and they could develop long term working relationship with the same level of interest and enthusiasm.

I have done a fair amount of work with rapid direct for moderate volume cnc (1200 part batches), sls printing and small volume complex CNC work. I've always been impressed with their work and communication through the process from helping with dfm to warning in advance when parts might be out of spec and replacing them. Jack as a sales person is also very professional and easy to work with.

I have had several machining jobs done by this company and am very satisfied. Their website allows you to upload CAD files, specify the alloys and finishes you want, make payment and get it shipped in one streamlined workflow. When there were problems, we quickly resolved them through direct messaging. You can get single parts fabricated for reasonable prices, and you can choose from a comprehensive list of alloys and finishes. Turnover and shipping is fast, and the parts are of high precision as they fit my pre-existing parts very well.

Violet is always super responsive to our last minute requests. Great service!
