I purchased the "Everything Bundle" because I honestly believed it included everything RapidFlow offered, including Flow Collective.
The bundle is called "Everything Bundle" and the sales page talks about getting access to every RapidFlow template ever released, so I don't think my assumption was unreasonable. After downloading the files, I discovered that Flow Collective was not included.
I contacted support hoping for some clarification or assistance. Instead, I was essentially told that I had misunderstood the offer and that it was my mistake. What disappointed me most was the lack of acknowledgment that the marketing could easily be interpreted the way I interpreted it.
To be clear, my frustration isn't simply that Flow Collective wasn't included. It's that the offer felt confusing, and when I reached out for help, the response felt dismissive rather than customer-focused.
The products themselves may be useful for some people, but my overall experience left a bad impression. A bundle called "Everything Bundle" should either include everything or clearly state what is excluded. A little more transparency on the sales page and a little more empathy from customer support would have gone a long way.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend purchasing without carefully double-checking exactly what is included.
