I purchased a Strep A test from this company on 14th November and paid £4.96 extra for express delivery (38% of the total cost), as the test was time critical. The item was delivered on 5th December after a lot of fake 'tried to deliver' emails - not only was it NOT express - the test was now of no use whatsoever. I have tried to contact them several times to request a refund, without even the courtesy of a response. I would never deal with this company again. The delivery emails say 'Your Bestie order has been delivered' don't know who they are?

Quick to send but expiry dates absolutely useless. I’ve just had Covid and wanted to replenish my tests and they all expire in 8/10/23 so a total waste of money. I’ll give them to family & friends in the hope they get used.

Similar experience to previous reviewer when I recently ordered 14 tests (the ones delivered all had expiry dates just 3 months away). But when I complained, I received a reply quickly from Toni, the Operations Manager, who dispatched a further 7 tests with longer dates (May 24) free of charge. Dispatch and shipping of the order had been speedy and efficient. So overall, a positive experience. Note that the company using this website name is actually bestieppe.co.uk.

Quick delivery, easy to use and excellent service.

I bought the Self-Testing Antigen Rapid Test. Shame, short expiry date, and was not informed. I needed some now and stocked up as they normally lasts a year, for the rest of winter, but now useless, and a waste of my money as will expire in four months. So not happy.
