Website was easy to access and use.
Clear pricing structure in place stating exactly what you get for your money.
The whole experience was very quick and smooth.
We had cause to speak with customer service staff and they were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly whilst being efficient and helpful.

Rapid indeed!
Rapid and efficient service. They kept me updated throughout the process, even at night and over the weekend. I used one of their packages and my company was registered in the shortest possible time; about 24 hours.
You only pay the Companies House filing fee with a small admin charge, which was very reasonable. They made the whole process incredibly easy, including the free registered address and director services (at least for the first year) I had been worrying about.
I would definitely recommend them.
